He continues on his path of dropping magical-sounding music via the release of a new music video for his song “Home”. The beautiful nature-fueled visuals are the perfect backdrop for his angelic soundscape.

When speaking about the release, Barron says, “I’ve been really excited to release the video for this track. The idea for it came from the fact that I went on a three-month RV trip with some good friends a couple years back and this video is portraying that journey and the somewhat humbling feeling of the return home. For a short period of time we really didn’t have a care in the world and were just living life the way I feel it should always be lived. I grew up watching music videos on MTV a lot and have always loved the idea of creating a visual narrative for people while they listen to a song. Unfortunately I feel like music videos are becoming a dying art with the way the music industry is heading but I hope that trend reverses. Putting this video together with my friend was a cool experience and I definitely plan to create more videos for my tracks in the future.”

Speaking further on the new release, Barron says, “‘Feel Love’ is a unique track for me in that it’s more upbeat and danceable than my previous releases. It could definitely be classified as a house track which is a genre I don’t normally write, but I enjoyed the experience of meshing my more euphoric/melodic sound with a style that you would normally hear at a night out at a bar or club. It definitely opened up a world to me that I plan to revisit again in the future.”

As a lover of dance music he enjoyed introducing friends to the genre with more contemporary artists such as Odesza, Rüfüs Du Sol, Shallou, and several others. He spent a great deal of time studying these talented creators while crafting his own sound in order to capture the hearts and ears of people who don’t necessarily listen to the genre. From his lush soundscapes, to tranquil melodies, to ambient percussive elements there is much to appreciate from this up and coming electronic artist for both lovers and non-lovers of the genre alike. 

After the successful release of his debut track, “Where Do We Go”, Barron is back with a new single entitled “Escape” that is a feel-good, Summertime anthem. Once again influenced by his predecessors like Porter Robinson and Odesza he taps into a mellow electronic space that has many influences and musical elements.  

“‘Escape’ is a song I wrote with the intention of being a feel good track. When I listen to it I picture people playing it while riding down a backroad or a coastal highway with the windows down. It just has a “get outside and go do something in the sun” type of vibe. The guitar element is probably one of my favorite elements of the song and I plan to incorporate it a lot more into my future tracks.” – Barron
