22 February 2023 / Atlanta GA – Superstar Brands, a premiere manufacturer and distributor of smoking products, have just announced the launch of their latest venture, CIGNATURE. Created with culture and ownership in the forefront, CIGNATURE was birthed with the sole mission to provide a platform for Black ownership within the tobacco and cannabis space. CIGNATURE is a full line of quality smoking products that each artist handcrafted with their own specialized flavors. Each line will feature vegan hemp wraps, CBD/Delta 8 products, natural tobacco free leaf wraps and traditional cigars.

Kicking off the new venture, CIGNATURE announced four partnerships including Tip “T.I.” Harris, Lil Durk, Moneybagg Yo and Soulja Boy with more artists to be announced in the coming months. The first drop of flavors include: Honey for T.I., Black Cherry for Soulja Boy, Banana for Moneybagg Yo and Sweet Aromatic for Lil Durk. The CIGNATURE line takes pride in offering alternative options including vegan hemp wraps that are 100% organic, non GMO and vegan, as well as CBD and Delta8 that are also hemp derived.

“We have been super excited to launch our new line of products alongside some of the most prominent talent in the music industry. We strongly believe our extensive knowledge of the tobacco industry combined with their rooted connection to the culture and community is an absolute recipe for success. We are happy to begin connecting dots and building bridges between the tobacco industry and hip hop community,” Superstar Brands rep states.

CIGNATURE made their big debut at this years CHAMPS tradeshow in Las Vegas with special appearances by top artists Quavo, Moneybagg Yo and Lil Durk.

Alongside building a platform for Black ownership in the tobacco and cannabis space, CIGNATURE is determined to educate and bring awareness to anti-tobacco practices for the youth. They will commit over 6-figures in charitable donations and community efforts this year, which will be placed towards partnerships with anti-tobacco organizations across the Nation to provide better alternatives to the youth than tobacco use, as well as curating educational programs, events and activations alongside their celebrity partners.

One Music Fest Set The City On Fire With This Years Line Up

ATLANTA) – This past weekend, the 9th Annual ONE Musicfest took place at Central Park in Atlanta, where over 40,000 music and culture-lovers came out in the Georgia heat to experience an epic weekend of incredible live music, unique attractions, VIP lounges, cocktail tastings, arts & crafts, food trucks, a vendor market, a breast pumping station and much more!

The festival began Friday with a massive Kick-Off Party at The Gathering Spot presented by Lyft. The event was attended by 1500+ millennials and featured a silent party by Bonfire ATL, music by DJ Trauma and performances by Lion Babe, Tobe Nwigwe, Childish Major, and Taliwhoah.

On Saturday, thousands packed the park to enjoy the diverse lineup of acts, which included Nas, Miguel, Big Sean, H.E.R,, Big K.R.I.T, Davido, DVSN, Goldlink, Teedra Moses, Tobe Nwigwe, Jessie Reyez, Felixx, and Aina Brei’Yon. Each day, Smokin’ Shells hosted a DJ stage where 36 DJs kept the energy high throughout the weekend.

On Sunday, the stage was “lit” with performances by 2 Chainz, T.I., Big Boi, Monica, August Greene, George Clinton & Parliament, Kelis, Rapsody, the ATL Crunk Set (DJ Nabs, Youngbloodz, Ying Yang Twins, Trillville, Eastside Boyz, Kilo Ali), DJ KP the Great, St. Beauty, Angelina Sherie and the Band of Brothas.

Additionally, Democratic Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abramsstopped by the festival on Sunday to share her vision for moving Georgia forward.

ONE Musicfest was proud to support the local business community, inviting over 35 small businesses and 30 food trucks to participate.

[Watch] Kanye West & T.I. Work On “Ye Vs The People” In The Studio

Last Friday night, Kanye West treated the world to a new song called “Ye Vs The People,” which saw him addressing many of his comments made about his love for Donald Trump last week. The song, which featured T.I, would find the two going back & forth talking about the effect Kanye’s comments had on the public, and T.I. spoke on behalf of “the people” (listen here ICYMI)

Well on Monday night, Kanye decided to come out nowhere and share some behind the scenes footage from the studio where he and T.I. discuss the issue around his Donald Trump comments. After going back & forth in a constructive manner, we get to see footage of them actually recording their respective verses, and literally making the song the day before it came out.

“When I wear that hat. Its like a fought for equality. Now its like ‘Oh I can wear this hat too’.” Kanye says about the MAGA hat. “I really want to take that hurt off of them and let them understand that I did not wear that hat to hurt them. Half the shit Trump does I don’t agree with,” Kanye said when T.I. suggests a lot of people were hurt by his words & actions.

When touching on what he does like about Trump, Kanye said “the ability to do what know one said you could do. To do the impossible is the most inspiring thing to me.”

T.I., Killer Mike Join The New Atlanta Mayor Keisha Bottoms Transition Team

Atlanta Mayor Keisha Bottoms, who won elected office in December, has tapped Killer Mike of Run the Jewels and T.I. to be part of her transition team, as FOX 5 Atlanta reports. The rappers join executives such as David Abney (CEO of UPS) and Edward Bastian (CEO of Delta Airlines) on the team, which will consult Mayor Bottoms on carrying out policy agenda items. “I am grateful to announce this 38-strong transition team,” she said during a press conference. “It represents a tremendous amount of diversity and depth, and really the best and the brightest in the city of Atlanta.”

Killer Mike took to Instagram to share his excitement regarding the news. “Remember all those ‘ig haters saying what they wish rappers and athletes wud do with their time, Money and resources,’” he wrote. “Well now that it’s happening u can STFU complaining and get active locally to help me, @troubleman31 & our New Mayor Make Atlanta a city where all it’s citizens can do the same no matter fame or status.”

Drama! Tamar Cussed Out by T.I. Over Inviting Khia to Perform at ATL Concert: Report

Here’s the deal: Khia and TS Madison have now come forward with new details regarding why they were almost put out of the Xscape headlined concert in the ATL recently. And at the center of the mess is T.I.

Khia and Madison say they were invited to the show by Tamar Braxton, who had asked Khia to perform her hit “My Neck, My Back.” Khia and Tamar both took to social media after the incident:

As far as what happened backstage, Khia and TS Madison allege that T.I. was one of the major reasons they were not allowed on stage with Tamar. They go as far to claim that T.I. went into Tamar’s dressing room and cursed her out over the situation.

Khia says:

“Tiny the best thing you could ever did was divorce T.I. cause he ain’t nothing but a b*tch a** n*gga. I was staring him down and he didn’t turn his head or neck and address us.”

Khia added:

“He walked by two real b*tches, went into Tamar’s dressing room and roasted her, her mother and her grandmother. Tip, how you gonna go in there and cuss out Tamar, her mother, grandmother and her sisters? Tip why didn’t you say anything to us? […] Him and Mona Scott (Young) ain’t look our way? T.I. wanted us thrown out, Tiny wanted us thrown out, they lied and said we had weapons.”

So far, neither Xscape or Tamar have responsed to requests for comments.

Toya and Reginae’s book explores their world as mother and daughter and details how Toya “dealt with obstacles when raising a daughter while trying to figure out how to break a cycle of teen pregnancy and missed opportunities.” Family and friends many celebrity guest came out to support such as Tiny Harris and daughter Zonnique Pullins, DaBrat and Jermaine Dupri daughter Shaniah Mauldin was also spotted.
