Celebrity Hairstylist, Dominique Evans (@hairartbydominique) kicked off her official class tour last weekend in Atlanta. SHEEN had the opportunity to sit in on the class and get the full “Hair Art by Dominique” experience. The sold out class kicked off in Atlanta with attendees traveling from Alabama, Philadelphia, California, and many more just to take pro stylist “Dominique’s” hair class, which speaks volumes for her reputation and brand in the beauty industry. Dominique connected with her students by sharing her personal journey and struggles to get where she is now. Dominique is currently a travel stylist but local to Atlanta and the official stylist for recording artist “Tasha Cobbs”. When Dominique isn’t traveling doing hair she’s busy running a household and tending to her family. Originally from Chicago, but now based in Atlanta she has successfully completed 6 National tours, and 2 International tours, and Founder of HABD Beauty Products. Dominique gets her excitement by sharing her skill set with aspiring cosmetologist all over through her one on one classes and seminars. Dominique has her eye set on the prize and her next stop is Washington, DC on March 4th! Before Tasha Cobbs put a praise on Times Square Thursday morning, she discussed with Robin Roberts how her collaboration with Nicki Minajcame about, and wanting to work with Celine Dion.

After a quick interview with Roberts, the Award winning Gospel artist sets the stage on fire!

Tasha’s GMA appearance was orchestrated by DiAndre Tristan, who is Robin Roberts personal stylist.  Tristan posted a powerful message on Instagram today after the performance, that we thought was worth sharing.

August 25th, another life changing project was released by gospel sensation, Tasha Cobbs Leonard entitled, “HEART. PASSION. PURSUIT.”

There’s only one question when it comes to this new album – are you ready for overflow?

Now, despite all the backlash from TCL having Nicki Minaj on the track “I’m Getting Ready” (which is an amazing song by the way) TCL still managed to pack out her LIVE album release at The Dream Center Church of Atlanta in Decatur, GA.

Not only was the place packed out but The WORD Network was in the building broadcasting the release all around the world. Special Guest included: Bishop Paul Morton, Kierra Sheard, The Grays (John and Aventer Gray).

Before Tasha blessed the stage, Bishop William Murphy, III shared a short story on how Tasha was the first and only person to join his church after preaching his first sermon. We see what’s happened with Bishop William Murphy over the years and now the batons has been passed!

Tasha explained that during the time of recording this album was around the time the bridge had burned in Atlanta, GA. She went on to say that she believes that this album will be the bridge to connect all cultures and people together for a better world.
