Adopt the “Church Choir” Strategy in promoting your songs-Nii Noi to Gospel Artistes

On November 18, 2023, at the Western Region Bloggers & Ministers Dinner Summit in Takoradi, Gospel Event Promoter Nii Noi unveiled a crucial strategy that Gospel musicians can adopt to promote their songs.

The summit was organized by the VOV Family Entertainment.

Nii Noi, a guest at the event, shared a method for promoting Gospel songs by using the ‘Church Choir’ Strategy.

In a video captured by blogger SkBeatz Records, he explained, “In church, every introduced song prompts the congregation to sing along and it will stick in their heads.” This approach proved especially effective for him as an Artiste Manager, particularly for Congregational worship songs.

He cited an example using Joe Mettle’s gospel hit song ‘Kadosh’ which is sang by almost every church and choirs in Ghana and the diaspora.

Nii Noi suggested that Gospel artistes should adopt this strategy as the initial step before launching songs on Radio and TV.

Drawing a parallel with secular artists who often test songs in Night Clubs before promoting them, he emphasized the importance of creating familiarity within the congregation before wider exposure.

Notable figures present included OB Nartey, Trigmatic, Paul Azumah Ayitey and gospel singer Adom Cwesi.

This summit brought together prominent bloggers, influencers, cybercitizens, and Gospel enthusiasts.

Highlighting his extensive experience in Gospel Event Promotion, Gospel Event Organization, and Artiste Management, Nii Noi, a key figure in the Gospel fraternity, played a significant role in shaping the careers of artists like Akesse Brempong.

His contributions have greatly impacted the elevation of the Gospel industry and its players.

Nii Noi is also the host of “Christian Entertainment Review” on ATV every Saturday from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, as well as the TCA Top 10 Countdown on Sunny 88.7 FM every Saturday from 12 noon to 1 pm, continues to be an integral part of the Gospel community.
