Jennifer Lopez, Heidi Klum and Chrissy Teigen Turn Out as AUTER Launches Fall 2026 at Maxfield LA
Los Angeles knows how to launch a coat. Luxury outerwear brand AUTER celebrated its one-year anniversary and the launch of its Fall 2026 collection at iconic LA retailer Maxfield on October 16, drawing a guest list that read like a red carpet: Jennifer Lopez, Heidi Klum, Chrissy Teigen, Sofia Carson, Brad Goreski and a who’s who of the city’s top stylists.
AUTER was founded by celebrity stylist and creative director Rob Zangardi, and the collection reflects his “His Coat on Her” philosophy — an instinctive approach to dressing that prioritises shape, scale and proportion over traditional gender categories. The result is a wardrobe designed to feel effortless yet impactful, built on Zangardi’s belief that the right coat can define an entire look.
Guests gathered in Maxfield’s courtyard for music, cocktails and shopping, while models wearing AUTER outerwear with fox fur collars handed out limited-edition AUTER x Maxfield baseball caps. Dramatic floral installations transformed the boutique, and a custom mirror carrying the brand’s signature phrase — “It’s what’s on the outside that counts” — became the night’s photo backdrop.
The AUTER Fall 2026 collection is available at Maxfield through October 26, with pieces ranging from $750 to $3,400 in sizes XS through XL.

Unfiltered Wisdom Launches in Los Angeles With Apparel Made for Gen X Women
A new Los Angeles brand is designing for the women fashion forgot. Unfiltered Wisdom has launched its e-commerce platform with a curated selection of humour-driven apparel and lifestyle products made specifically for women over 40.
The brand takes aim at what it calls a significant gap in the marketplace: Gen X women remain underserved by the retail and lifestyle industries despite their substantial purchasing power. Its answer is apparel with sharp humour and straightforward messaging — designs and slogans that reflect the lived experience of women in midlife, moving away from generic inspirational language in favour of wit and honesty.
“The women we serve have spent decades building careers, raising families, navigating change, and discovering who they are,” the brand said at launch. “We’ve earned our wisdom, developed a sense of humour about life, and reached a point where we’re comfortable being ourselves. Unfiltered Wisdom celebrates that confidence, individuality, and the freedom to live life on our own terms.”
The brand treats its products as more than merchandise: they are vehicles for self-expression, aimed at women who have reached the stage of life where authenticity takes priority over accommodation.
