RHOA cast member, Kandi Burruss, celebrated her Essence cover release, this past weekend, at Revel Nightclub.
Words of expression were given by Todd, Don Juan, and Mama Joyce. If that wasn’t enough to celebrate, it was announced that Kandi just landed a role as Mama Morton on the hit Broadway play Chicago.
While we were in the midst of honoring the mogul, you know there was some drama brewing, per usual.
Chile, I don’t know what the fuss was all about but there was something definitely going on. The ladies were outside in a huddle discussing something and it appeared to be serious. *side-eye*
Obviously we couldn’t hear word for word, but it doesn’t take a scientist to figure out that there was a problem and Eva had a lot to say.
Oh, did I mention that Cynthia was there with her new ‘friend’ and peter was in the mix?
I still want to know why Kenya’s husband wasn’t there?!

High Water Festival Announces 2027 Lineup Featuring Headliners Jack Johnson and Mt. Joy Alongside Death Cab for Cutie, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, The Revivalists, The Head and the Heart & More!
The celebration of music, food, and libations returns for its ninth year to North Charleston’s Riverfront Park on April 17-18, 2027, with headliners Jack Johnson and Mt. Joy.
South Carolina’s High Water Festival will return to North Charleston’s picturesque Riverfront Park nestled along the banks of the scenic Cooper River on April 17-18, 2027. See 20 acts across two stages with no overlapping sets!
Artists set to perform at High Water 2027 include headliners multi-platinum musician Jack Johnson and Mt. Joy alongside Death Cab for Cutie, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, The Revivalists, The Head and the Heart, Ole 60, Congress the Band, Mat Kearney, Finn Wolfhard, GoldFord, West 22nd, Mo Lowda & The Humble, Alyssa Grace, Hazlett, Marlon Funaki, Penelope Road, Ax and the Hatchetmen, Angela Autumn, and Susannah Joffe.
High Water returns in 2027 following another banner year for the festival, which earned a 2026 Pollstar Award nomination for Music Festival of the Year (Global; Under 30K Attendance). The peer-voted industry recognition underscored High Water’s reputation for pairing thoughtfully curated lineups with an intimate waterfront setting and a distinctly Southern celebration of music, food and community.
