Published

on

Introduction:
In a recent exclusive interview with rising artist Jarl Deejus Far, we got an inside look into the key factors that contribute to success in the music industry. Aspiring musicians and music enthusiasts can gain valuable knowledge from Jarl Deejus Far’s experiences and advice. Let’s dive into the interview and discover the three essential things anyone starting in the industry needs to know.

Building a Dedicated Team:
According to Jarl Deejus Far, having a dedicated team is crucial to creating quality content and achieving success. Without a supportive and committed team, it becomes challenging to reach the desired level of accomplishment. A strong team provides the necessary resources and assistance needed to propel an artist’s career forward.

Crafting an Effective Marketing Plan:
In the music industry, a solid marketing plan is the key to real success. Jarl Deejus Far emphasizes the importance of finding the right avenue for promoting one’s music and having the team push it to its fullest potential. A well-thought-out marketing strategy ensures that an artist’s music reaches a wider audience and gains the recognition it deserves.

Investing in Your Craft:
Jarl Deejus Far firmly believes in the adage, “Scared money don’t make no money.” In order to make a real impact, artists need to invest in themselves and their music. While talent is essential, having the necessary funds to fuel marketing efforts is equally important. By believing in oneself and being willing to invest, artists can maximize their chances of success.

Learning from Past Mistakes:
Reflecting on personal experiences, Jarl Deejus Far admits that rushing releases without proper planning can hinder an artist’s growth. Taking the time to plan out each release and ensuring all necessary elements are in place for effective promotion is crucial. Sometimes, sitting on a project until it’s fully ready can lead to better outcomes and greater exposure.

Influential Figures:
Jarl Deejus Far draws inspiration from various individuals who have had a significant impact on his growth. From family and friends to entertainers, he learns from everyone he encounters, both positive and negative. Notable figures such as Shawn Carter (Jay-Z) inspire him from a business standpoint, Andre Benjamin (Andre 3000) influences his creative perspective, and Dr. Sebi’s teachings resonate with him on a personal level.

Conclusion:
Jarl Deejus Far’s insights provide aspiring artists with valuable guidance for navigating the music industry.

World-renowned coach Bernard Hiller unlocks the secrets of business success at this weekend’s Dubai Transformational Workshop

No matter how highly accomplished, business people feel blocked sometimes. That’s why business wizard and acting coach to the stars, Bernard Hiller, is running a special Business Transformation Workshop in Dubai on 4-5 May.

Bernard is an expert in helping people achieve their goals in a unique way, teaching them how to become stars in their own career and life. Bernard has been in showbusiness and working with top CEOs for the past 35 years. He trains superstars and uses his methods and techniques to coach CEOs and business executives around the world. He guides the people he works with to overcome their blocks, fears and anything else that is holding them back from the career and life they’ve always dreamed of.

We asked him what people should expect from the workshop:

Why should people come to the Business Transformation Workshop?

“My unique methods and techniques have had unprecedented results. You don’t need more information, you need transformation – and this is the ultimate transformational class. When you invest in yourself, others will invest in you!”

“Only when you’re authentic will you be able to live your true life.”

“How will you know when you’re living authentically? You’ll be optimistic about your future, you’ll feel powerful, you’ll listen to your heart’s advice, and your soul will be visible to the world.”

Why is it so important to be your authentic self in business?

“If you are disconnected or afraid to be the real, authentic you, that is the main reason your career or life is not moving forward. You will not be able to reach your goals or dreams without accessing your highest self. We live in a world where we are not encouraged to be our authentic selves, but I will help you overcome everything that is stopping and blocking you.”

Bernard’s four behaviors that kill authenticity:

1. “Being a people-pleaser. There’s nothing wrong with pleasing people, or making them feel good with your humour, energy or positivity. However, the problem of being a people-pleaser is that you start to feel that this is the only way you are going to be loved.

“A people-pleaser neglects their own needs and therefore never becomes the person they need to be to succeed.”

 2. “If you’re living in your past or afraid to change, you will not be authentic. Changing yourself reveals authenticity. You’re either the champion of change or you become a victim of change.”

3. “If you have a controlling personality. Controlling personalities do not allow anyone or anything in, and as a result you block yourself from those miracles that could turn your dreams and goals into reality.”

4. “Striving to be a perfectionist. Perfectionism is not about self-improvement. Perfectionism is, at its core, trying to earn the approval and acceptance of others.

“Perfectionism symptoms prevent you from taking the risks and making the mistakes you need to make to become extraordinary.”

“To be human is to be imperfect, and when you embrace those qualities within yourself, you can soar.”
