Vida-Flo Launches Vida-Flo Longevity for Provider-Supervised Wellness Care at Home
LegitScript-certified telehealth from a pioneer of the IV lounge industry, offering longevity, men’s health, hair and women’s hormone treatments
Vida-Flo, which opened its first IV hydration lounge in Atlanta in 2012 and has since delivered more than 1,000,000 treatments, today announced the launch of Vida-Flo Longevity (VFL), a telehealth service that brings provider-supervised wellness care to patients at home. VFL is live at vflongevity.com.
Patients choose a treatment online and complete a secure medical intake. An independently licensed provider reviews every intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate. When a prescription is issued, a licensed U.S. pharmacy prepares it and ships it directly to the patient, with most orders arriving four to five business days after approval.
At launch, VFL offers treatments in four categories:
Longevity: NAD+ by injection or nasal spray, glutathione by injection or nasal spray, and sermorelin
Men’s health: tadalafil
Hair: a combined finasteride, minoxidil and biotin tablet
Women’s hormones: estradiol, progesterone and Biest
“For fourteen years our guests have told us they want to keep feeling this way between visits,” said Keith McDermott, founder of Vida-Flo and Vida-Flo Longevity. “VFL is how we take care of them on the days in between. It is the same team and the same standards, now delivered to your door.”
VFL is certified by LegitScript, the certification major search engines and payment networks rely on to verify legitimate online pharmacies and telehealth services. Clinical care is provided by Arora Health & Aesthetics, an independent, physician-led medical group.
Pricing is simple and published. Programs are 90-day supplies billed quarterly, with a monthly option on select programs, and published prices include shipping. Programs start at $29 per month. New patients pay a one-time $99 enrollment fee, including their provider review, and there is no ongoing membership fee. VFL is self-pay and does not bill insurance.
Vida-Flo’s ten clinics in Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina remain the place for in-person IV care. VFL serves those guests at home between visits, and serves new patients in the states where its providers are licensed and its pharmacy partners are authorized to dispense.
VFL is also preparing for what comes next. In July 2026, an FDA advisory committee recommended that six peptides be added to the list of substances licensed pharmacies may use in compounding. VFL does not offer peptides today. If the FDA acts on those recommendations, VFL plans to make them available through the same provider-reviewed process, prescribed only when a licensed provider determines they are appropriate.
Every VFL treatment is prescription only, and a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Some VFL treatments are compounded preparations, which are not FDA-approved.

It’s A Secret Med Spa Celebrates Houston Grand Opening on September 24
It’s A Secret Med Spa welcomes Houston to its new Post Oak location
It’s A Secret Med Spa celebrated the grand opening of its Houston location at 1800 Post Oak Blvd., Suite 6130, with exclusive daytime specials and a Grand Opening Party on Thursday, September 24, 2026.
Located at BLVD Place in the heart of Houston’s Uptown district, the new location officially opened earlier this summer after relocating from Washington Avenue. The celebration marked the next chapter for It’s A Secret in Houston and gave the community an opportunity to explore the new space, meet the Houston team and learn about the med spa’s full range of aesthetic and wellness services.
First-time clients could celebrate throughout the day with 50% off Botox when booked in advance. The Grand Opening Party followed from 6 to 9 p.m., featuring exclusive offers such as 20% off injectables and skincare, 60% off laser hair removal and up to $2,000 off treatments.
The evening event also featured specialty drinks, light bites, a DJ, giveaways and raffle prizes. Guests had the opportunity to meet the Houston providers and learn more about the treatments and services available at the new location.
Attendees could also participate in an interactive Grand Opening Passport Experience. Upon arrival, guests received a passport and visited stations located throughout the med spa’s treatment rooms. At each stop, they could meet providers and learn about featured services. Guests who completed their passports unlocked additional event rewards and raffle opportunities, including the chance to receive 10 complimentary units of Botox to be scheduled and redeemed at a later date.
