Belanu Shares New Single ‘Watching You Again’

Published

on

Swiss artist Belanu embodies the rock music of Gen Z. He returns with his brand-new single ‘Watching You Again’. The energetic alternative and indie-rock production features guitar, bass, and drums. The earnest instrumentation is paired with Belanu’s captivating vocals.

‘Watching You Again’ came to life after Belanu listened to ‘Every Breath You Take’ by The Police. He found the story about a stalker who had not yet been able to forget someone they were watching exciting. He wrote the lyrics to his latest single combining them with a guitar riff he used to do every sound check at a concert. However, the tune comes across is a less obsessive way than ‘Every Breath You Take’, going in the direction of how hard it is to leave a long-term relationship in the past.

Belanu comments on the track, “It’s about letting go of a long-term relationship. Getting a handle on everyday life without that person. It’s an honest song that describes a situation that I experienced myself.”

‘Watching You Again’ showcases Belanu’s musical prowess while highlighting his passion, his commitment to artistic evolution, and his authenticity. His artistry shines through his latest release complimenting his entire music discography to date.
