Blue Capricorn Explores Mercy and Healing in “MISERICORDIA”
Blue Capricorn’s new single, “MISERICORDIA,” emerges as a deeply personal statement, reflecting themes of forgiveness, self-compassion, and emotional growth. The track, a collaboration with avant-electronic producer Black Taffy, serves as the lead release from his upcoming EP, arriving in early 2026. Its 3 minute and 55-second runtime is packed with introspection and cinematic textures that resonate with anyone navigating inner conflict.
The song’s genesis is rooted in Blue Capricorn’s personal journey. He has described the writing process as a way to confront unresolved memories and channel therapy-driven reflections into art. There’s a distinct musicality running through everything Moon Rocket creates. The alias of Italian producer and multi-instrumentalist Raffaele Scoccia, Moon Rocket brings his background as a classically trained pianist and Hammond organ player into a sound that seamlessly connects melody, emotion and electronic groove.
His latest single, ‘Just Us Alone’, released via Moon Rocket Music, is a perfect example.
