Druski Reportedly Set to Host Saturday Night Live on November 7, a First for a Digital Creator
Druski is reportedly about to make television history. Reports from Variety and Puck say the social media comedy star will host Saturday Night Live on November 7 – which would make him the first entertainer known primarily for digital comedy content to host the legendary NBC show. NBC has not officially confirmed the booking yet, but the reports have the comedy world talking.
Born Drew Desbordes, Druski built a following of more than 30 million across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube starting in 2017, turning characters like his Coulda Been Records executive and his megachurch pastor into viral institutions. Earlier this year he hosted the 2026 BET Awards – the youngest host in the show’s history – and landed on Forbes’ 2026 Top Creators list with estimated earnings of $20 million, plus a spot on TIME’s TIME100 Next list.
Netflix has also picked up Collect & Praise, a comedy project built on his megachurch pastor character. From phone screens to Studio 8H: if the November 7 date holds, it is the clearest sign yet that the road to comedy’s biggest stage now runs through social media.

Nate Bargatze Plays Rexburg Tomorrow, Then Settles Into Las Vegas on the Record-Breaking Big Dumb Eyes Tour
The nicest man in stand-up is having the biggest year in stand-up. Nate Bargatze’s Big Dumb Eyes World Tour – named after his New York Times bestselling book – plays the BYU-Idaho Center in Rexburg, Idaho on Friday, October 23, then settles into a Las Vegas residency run at Encore at Wynn on December 9-12, with more Vegas dates January 21-24.
The tour just played Auburn University’s Neville Arena on October 16 as part of its college swing. The numbers behind the run are staggering: more than 2 million tickets sold, and Bargatze recently set the record for the highest one-year gross by a comedy performer in history.
The Atlantic called him "The Nicest Man in Stand-Up," and his clean, deadpan, everybody’s-dad humor has turned arena crowds into believers. If Rexburg or Vegas is anywhere near you, this is the show to see this season.
