Elie Saab Brings Red-Carpet Glamour to H&M in a Collection Launching Today, From $39.99
Red-carpet glamour just landed on the high street. The Elie Saab x H&M collection launches today, Thursday, October 22, in selected H&M stores worldwide and online, bringing the Lebanese couture house’s signature sparkle to H&M prices.
The limited-edition collection runs to around 55 pieces spanning eveningwear, daywear, coats, embellished knitwear, accessories and select menswear. Prices start at $39.99 for a flower choker and top out at $429 for a leather jacket, with an evening dress at $329 and a sequined blazer at $269 — a fraction of the five-figure prices Saab’s couture gowns command.
The designs translate four decades of red-carpet signatures — lace, gradient sequins, sculpted evening shapes and rich black, gold and emerald tones — into pieces made for real wardrobes. Highlights include an emerald gown with voluminous trumpet sleeves and lace inserts, a sequinned blazer that fades from gold at the shoulders to black at the hem, and a sculptural black dress with an oversized bow and train. The launch presentation in Paris even included a wedding dress and veil, a nod to the house’s bridal heritage.
Saab has dressed countless A-listers, from Kate Winslet and Céline Dion to Jennifer Lopez and Catherine, Princess of Wales, but the house has never done a collaboration quite like this. “This collaboration came at the right time,” CEO Elie Saab Jr. said, noting the brand’s global expansion and H&M’s track record of translating major fashion houses — Stella McCartney, Giambattista Valli and Lanvin among them — into special collections. “We know we are in safe hands.”
The collection is limited and sold while supplies last, so the popular pieces and sizes are expected to move fast.

Unfiltered Wisdom Launches in Los Angeles With Apparel Made for Gen X Women
A new Los Angeles brand is designing for the women fashion forgot. Unfiltered Wisdom has launched its e-commerce platform with a curated selection of humour-driven apparel and lifestyle products made specifically for women over 40.
The brand takes aim at what it calls a significant gap in the marketplace: Gen X women remain underserved by the retail and lifestyle industries despite their substantial purchasing power. Its answer is apparel with sharp humour and straightforward messaging — designs and slogans that reflect the lived experience of women in midlife, moving away from generic inspirational language in favour of wit and honesty.
“The women we serve have spent decades building careers, raising families, navigating change, and discovering who they are,” the brand said at launch. “We’ve earned our wisdom, developed a sense of humour about life, and reached a point where we’re comfortable being ourselves. Unfiltered Wisdom celebrates that confidence, individuality, and the freedom to live life on our own terms.”
The brand treats its products as more than merchandise: they are vehicles for self-expression, aimed at women who have reached the stage of life where authenticity takes priority over accommodation.
