FSG 7v7: DeKalb’s Stepping Stone to the Top
FSG 7v7 does not just enter tournaments — it runs them. Headquartered in Decatur, the Future Stars program operates its own FSG Tournament Series, with qualifiers across the Southeast and National Championships in Atlanta each April at Wade Walker Park in Stone Mountain.
The program is owned and operated by Coach Valister “Val” Wilson, and its teams carry the same builder’s mindset. The Sevens’ team list describes FSG’s 15U squad as “the stepping stone for the next top athletes from the state of Georgia and the south” — and FSG backs that up by fielding that 15U team at the invite-only Atlanta event.
With 860 posts and close to 9,000 followers, @fsg_7v7 documents both sides of the operation: the tournaments it stages — 10U through 18U, plus girls flag divisions — and the teams it sends into other people’s brackets.
DeKalb County has always produced talent. FSG built the staircase, then started climbing it with everybody watching.

MoneyTeam Athletics: The Next Wave Is Here
MoneyTeam Athletics introduces itself without a hint of humility: the No. 1 upcoming program in the nation. The Georgia-based outfit — an elite national 7v7 program specializing in training and exposure, now in its third season — has spent 2026 backing the talk up, in front of more than 4,000 followers.
Start with the sweep. In one March weekend, MoneyTeam won both the 14U and the 15U championships at the same event, then added the Peach State Shootout 9U title two weeks later — three age groups, three crowns, one month.
The company it keeps says the rest. On The Sevens’ official teams page, MoneyTeam stands in the 15U division alongside Atlanta heavyweights Hustle Inc and Huncho Elite, and the program also tests itself on the FSG Tournament Series circuit.
And exposure is more than a word in the bio. Through the spring of 2026, the account’s offer posts told the story: MoneyTeam players earning college offers from Austin Peay, Miami (Ohio), Wagner, Bowling Green, Georgia Southern and Troy.
The program calls its newest class “The Next Wave of MoneyTeam.” On this evidence, believe it. Follow the program on Instagram at @moneyteam_athletics.
