Spaceman drops “Peep The Method” single fr. Jus-P
Beaming in from the outer realm of hip-hop, emcee Spaceman wants listeners to “Peep The Method.” New single (Produced by Escada and featuring guest verse from Jus-P) is powered by ambient synths and thick 808’s, meshing contemporary production from emcees sharpened by an upbringing in boom-bap. Speaking on his relationship with Queens native Jus-P, Spaceman revealed “I’ve known him for a while and over the years we’ve bonded as serious hip-hop practitioners with a mutual dedication to the fundamental redemptive nature of this culture and art-form.”

This is the fourth single in what Spaceman is calling his Social Skills series. After releasing three entirely solo projects, he devised this series as a step out of his comfort zone and collaborate with other rappers that he respects. The three other singles (also released this year) included “Mumblecore” featuring his former Inner City Kids Collective cohorts ABGOHARD and Producer K3Mal, “Think Twice” featuring Fatboi Sharif, produced by The Suspect (Allegedly) and “Geometry” featuring Kyle Rapps, and also produced by The Suspect (Allegedly).

Releasing music over the past decade solo (and formerly part of the Inner City Kids Collective) Spaceman has collaborated and/or shared stages in the past with such artists as The Underachievers, Vulkan The Krusader and Gashi. He has also toured the Northeast several times.

International emcee Paisanos, Los Chicos Criollos have returned with their newest single. “Gunpowda Nosebumpz” is that rugged-n-raw hip-hop for the Los Chicos Criollos boys (U.S. Rhyme-slinger Kingdom Kome + Toronto, Canada mic-vet Che Uno) to spit their bi-lingual grime over. The track (Produced by RUEN) also boasts additional lyrical napalm courtesy of top shotta, Daniel Son.

Speaking on the track Kingdom Kome said “this is a hardcore joint and I love it! I’ve done several tracks with Daniel Son previously and he’s Che’s people so once we had the title in mind, we knew he would be perfect on the track.”
“Gunpowda Nosebumpz” is the second leak from the forthcoming Los Chicos Criollos LP , Merca Musica to drop on November 10th via Walking With Enoch Music. Though they have two Halloween themed mixtapes together (Brujos 1 + 2 respectively) this will be the first full Los Cricos Criollos album that is fully produced by RUEN.
Previous single “Olmedo Y Porcel” (named forlegendary Argentinian comedy duo Alberto Olmedo and Jorge Porcel) also received the video treatment and was Filmed on location at the El Almacen Café in Toronto, Canada by WIZDOME BUNITALL (for Fuego Films).

With frequent references to their shared Argentinian roots the album title Merca Musica translates roughly to the slang title of dope music. As Kingdom Kome states “we are trafficking this pure uncut and unfiltered product, which is our music, and we feel the whole concept just got elevated with RUEN’s contributions.”
