Artist Prymrr returns tomorrow, October 6, 2026, with her powerful new single "Sick Of It," accompanied by an official music video that brings the song's themes of frustration, intensity, and breaking free. "Sick Of It" captures the feeling of reaching a breaking point and finally refusing to hold back. With an emotionally charged sound and Prymrr's unmistakable energy, the track transforms frustration into empowerment an anthem for anyone who has ever reached the point of saying, enough is enough.
The official music video takes a cinematic and immersive approach, utilizing a one-shot filming style inspired by the visual intensity and continuous-shot storytelling of Netflix's Adolescence. The uninterrupted camera movement creates an intimate, immediate experience, drawing viewers directly into Prymrr's world as the story unfolds. Visually, the video establishes a distinctive atmosphere through a black-and-white foundation, subtle muted earthy tones, and carefully placed pops of red.
