Abi Clements Releases Heartfelt Track “Get Go”
United Kingdom’s Abi Clements unleashes the second lead single, “Get Go,” from her debut EP, “I’ll Be Honest Boy.” “Get Go” is an eclectic record that is reminiscent of Amy Winehouse’s or Adele’s sound. The vulnerable track showcases Abi Clements’ unique, enthralling voice.
“Get Go” takes a deep dive into pseudo-relationships. The song is about the classic “situationship” gone wrong because feelings developed. “‘Get Go’ is a track depicting a bittersweet friends-with-benefits relationship turning sour when feelings get a bit too deep,” Abi Clements states.
Abi Clements emotive vocals pair well with the production by budding producer Scott Rowe (Poykin). “Get Go” is one of the songs that appear on Abi Clements’ four-track EP, “I’ll Be Honest Boy.” Another fan favorite, “See Straight,” is also featured on Abi Clements’ EP.
