Ada Ehi and Nosa Take Worship “Higher” on New Live Release

Published

on

Ada Ehi has returned to one of her most loved worship songs — and taken it into a room full of people. The Nigerian gospel icon released “Higher (Live),” featuring fellow Nigerian gospel artist Nosa, in July 2026 as part of her live album “Higher,” a collaboration built on intimacy, surrender and unwavering devotion to God.

The song’s roots go back further. It was originally introduced as “Heart to Heart (Higher)” on Ada Ehi’s “Consecrated” EP in 2024, and the live version lifts the beloved anthem with fresh energy — a dynamic live band, rich choir harmonies and heartfelt instrumentation transforming the record into a passionate expression of faith and consecration, rather than a studio performance recreated on stage.

Ada Ehi’s soaring vocals blend with Nosa’s rich, emotive delivery, and the song’s refrain carries its whole message in one line: “Higher… Deeper… Till the heart of the Father is the heartbeat of mine.” It is a song about going deeper — about spiritual growth, complete surrender, and a worshipper’s desire to be aligned with God’s heart, not simply to arrive somewhere and stop.

That hunger runs through the writing. This is not a song about having made it; it is a song about yearning — a heart that delights in God, a spirit that keeps reaching, and a confession that nothing else satisfies. Ada Ehi does not rush the moment, letting the worship build until the room is singing the destination with her.

As one of the standout moments on the “Higher” live project, “Higher (Live)” showcases the chemistry between Ada Ehi and Nosa while adding a defining live chapter to her catalogue. The “Higher” album is streaming everywhere, and for listeners who love spirit-filled gospel that draws hearts closer to God, this collaboration deserves a place on the worship playlist.

Min. Adeoluwa Teams With Evangelist Ojo Ade for Yoruba Praise Single “Ore Jésù Se”

UK-based gospel artist and Scripture-singing minister Min. Adeoluwa has released a new single, “Ore Jésù Se (What Jesus Has Done),” featuring legendary Nigerian gospel minister Evangelist Ojo Ade.

The Yoruba praise song is a heartfelt expression of gratitude, celebrating God’s goodness, mercy and faithfulness. Rather than looking ahead to what God might do next, the song turns believers’ attention backwards — to answered prayers, daily mercies and the many ways Jesus has already shown His love — and answers that remembering with joyful praise.

Reflecting on the message behind the song, Min. Adeoluwa said: “If I begin to count all that God has done for me, where would I even start? His goodness is beyond what words can express, and His faithfulness is something I will never take for granted.”

The collaboration is a meeting of generations. Evangelist Ojo Ade is one of the revered voices of Yoruba gospel music, and his presence alongside one of the UK’s emerging Scripture-singing ministers gives the record both heritage and fresh energy. The single also sits within a bigger body of work: “Ore Jésù Se” appears on Min. Adeoluwa’s five-track project “The Names of God” EP, alongside songs including “Alpha and Omega” featuring Brenique Adams, “Glorious God,” “4th Man in the Fire” featuring Ms Debola, and “Adonai.” The single arrives with an official music video and is available now on digital streaming platforms.

For UK audiences, the release is a reminder of how deeply Yoruba gospel has taken root in Britain’s churches: a younger minister known for singing Scripture, standing shoulder to shoulder with one of the tradition’s legendary voices, counting what Jesus has done. “Ore Jésù Se” does not ask listeners to wait for a testimony. It insists the testimony has already happened, and that gratitude is the only right response.
