BENTLE RELEASES NEW SINGLE “SIDESHOW”

Published

BENTLE — the project of New York-based Australian artist Josh McVey — returns with his new single, “Sideshow,” out on all streaming platforms today.

Following on the heels of his late 2023 single “Darkest Blue,” “Sideshow” sees BENTLE once again enveloping listeners into his hypnotic pop world. Pairing synth-laden production with emotive chords and melodies, “Sideshow” tells the story of two people drifting apart. “It’s about fractured communication, the blurry lines between inevitability and control, and the romance of the situation that smothers the true feeling,” he adds.

Josh McVey (aka BENTLE) is a singer, songwriter and producer originally hailing from Brisbane, Australia and now living in New York City. Producing and writing all of his own material, he delivers glowing indie-pop tunes packed with reflective and introspective lyricism. He’s been laying a foundation over the past few years with a number of single releases, including his 2021 hit “MONDO,” and is now preparing to reveal his debut EP.

— International pop sensation and powerhouse singer Ashley Paul and legendary vocalist Deniece Pearson (of the iconic group Five Star) have already lit up the global music scene with their powerhouse single “Finding Rhythm” — a cross-generational, disco-pop anthem co-written with famed pop songwriter and producer Lucas Marx and Luv Foundation UK. It has been rapidly climbing charts across the U.S. and overseas.

Today, the duo announces the next evolution of their hit: a high-octane, radio-ready remix by multi-platinum, Billboard-dominating producers — the one and only Klubjumpers.

A Global Hit Already Picking Up Major Heat

Since its release, “Finding Rhythm” has:

  • Surged across U.S. dance and pop radio, expanding into major markets from New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Detroit, and Dallas.

  • Sparked viral fan videos in the UK, Poland, Brazil, and Australia, helping the track build international momentum.
  • Performed strongly on Spotify’s dance-pop algorithms in the U.S., UK, Canada, and Latin America — with hundreds of thousands of streams on the rise.
  • Debuted on the Music Week Pop Charts at #37 and currently has climbed to #29

Its success builds on Ashley Paul’s chart history, including:

  • Over 1 million streams on her hit “Bingo Baby”
  • SiriusXM rotation with “Hearts Up”
  • UK summer tours and USA festivals
  • Performances at the Pepsi Arena
