Jordan, an artist who transitioned from Dublin’s vibrant music scene to Berlin’s bustling streets, has quickly made her mark with a distinctive blend of pop, synth, and alternative sounds. Influenced by The 1975, Cannons, and Purple Disco Machine, her music combines nostalgic and optimistic elements with evocative storytelling.

Her debut single, “Driving Back To Love,” gained notable traction, featuring on Spotify’s Fresh Finds GSA and capturing attention across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Following this, her latest single, “Defeated,” received praise from Juicy Underground, MusikFreitag, InMusic, and GrrrlMusic, further solidifying her indie credentials.

Jordan’s EP, also titled, Driving Back To Love, chronicles the emotional journey of a relationship from its exciting start to its poignant end. Produced with Cione and songwriter Janek, the EP features euphoric melodies and heartfelt lyrics, highlighting tracks like the duet “What We Wanted,” the rich “Defeated,” and the synth-pop hit “Levitating.”

“I wanted this EP to be something that everyone can connect with,” Jordan explains. “It’s about sharing moments of vulnerability and finding solace in self-discovery.”

Rising Ghanaian Artist A.Youngin Set To Release His First Single of 2025, “Finessing”

After a quiet 2024, Ghanaian rapper and producer A.Youngin is kicking off the new year with a bang. His highly anticipated single, Finessing, is set to drop on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, marking the first release from his debut EP, SYNTH GOD.

A.Youngin, born Antwi Tuffour Prince, is a rising star in the African music scene, known for his versatility and hands-on approach to his craft. Based in Greater Accra, the multi-talented artist not only wrote Finessing but also produced, mixed, and mastered the track himself.

With a unique blend of Trap and RnB, Finessing captures raw emotion and storytelling. The song is inspired by the experience of longing for an ex but maintaining a sense of independence and self-assuredness. A.Youngin’s lyrics and production bring this theme to life, creating a soundscape that resonates with listeners.

Reflecting on the release, A.Youngin shared: “They say the new year brings a clean slate and optimism, and that’s exactly what I’m channeling with this track. After a quiet year, I’m ready to make 2025 unforgettable, starting with Finessing.

The single follows his 2024 release, ”On a Different Level,” which premiered as a video-only drop, and builds on his growing discography of nine singles and three production credits.
