Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Linda is committed to fulfilling God’s calling by creating music that speaks to the heart, strengthens faith, and encourages people to trust in God’s purpose.
Number One is a deeply personal body of work that tells the story of Linda Darling's journey with God, from the struggles of her childhood to the woman and artist she has become today.
Behind the music is a life shaped by seasons of hardship, uncertainty, prayer, growth and perseverance. There were moments when the road ahead was unclear, moments when she searched for answers, and moments when all she could do was pray and trust that God would carry her through. And He did.
Looking back at her journey, Linda recognises one constant presence through every chapter of her life: God. That realisation is at the heart of the title Number One.

Rachelle Fletcher Joins Gospel Icon Babbie Mason and ‘The Voice’ Alum Bri Fletcher for ‘Let Love Win’
Rachelle Fletcher, "Let Love Win"
Inspired by humanitarian work with children and teens, the faith-centered single calls listeners to look beyond division and make God's love visible.
The song's earliest inspiration came through The Goodness Project, the nonprofit Fletcher co-founded with her husband, Bill. Beginning in 2019, the couple traveled to Israel to provide resources and support for children and families, including communities in the Eshkol region near the Gaza border, where the threat of rocket attacks had long shaped daily life.
After the October 7 attacks forced families from the area to flee their homes, The Goodness Project later organized a large toy outreach to welcome children back and remind them they had not been forgotten. For Fletcher, standing face to face with children living through circumstances they did not create cut through the politics surrounding the region and left her with a persistent question: What if, instead of constantly fighting to prove who is right, we chose to let love win?
That burden led Fletcher to call Dove Award-winning artist and songwriter Babbie Mason. The pair developed the song's central hook and chorus, and the unfinished song then rested for a season as life and other projects pulled them in different directions.
After moving to Nashville, Fletcher returned to the song with her oldest daughter, singer-songwriter Bri Fletcher, who appeared on Season 25 of The Voice. Together, they developed and completed the verses, just as Rachelle Fletcher's understanding of the song's message was expanding beyond one place or one conflict.
Through The Goodness Project's work in Jackson, Mississippi, Fletcher had also become deeply involved with foster teens ages 14–18. Listening to their stories, and seeing how vulnerable and voiceless young people can become, helped her recognize that "Let Love Win" was ultimately about children and vulnerable people everywhere.
The resulting song confronts the cultural pressure to choose sides, defend positions and prove who is right while calling listeners to remember the human beings caught in the middle.
"I wrote 'Let Love Win' after seeing children caught in the middle of battles they never chose," says Fletcher. "We live in a world that constantly asks us to pick a side and prove that we're right, but sometimes in all of that noise, the most vulnerable voices get lost. My prayer is that this song reminds us that we can stand for truth without losing love. The kind of love described in 1 Corinthians 13 — patient, kind, without envy or pride — is something we desperately need again. When we allow the love of God to live through us, people get to see who He is. At the end of the day, I want my life and this song to carry one message: let love win."
At its heart, "Let Love Win" carries one of Jesus' simplest and most enduring commands: love God and love people. Fletcher hopes the song encourages listeners to look beyond political labels, arguments and differences and see the person standing in front of them.
