Popular Ghanaian drummer George stunning pre-wedding pictures breaks the internet

Ghanaian drummer George Osei Agyekum, known as Drum George Vicfirth, is getting ready to tie the knot this February.

He recently shared beautiful pre-wedding photos with his fiancée, Rolincia Hesse, creating excitement ahead of their big day.

In a video posted by his wife to be, Rolincia on Instagram, the couple is seen enjoying sweet, romantic moments together, capturing the essence of their love in stunning pictures.

George has been a remarkable drummer for over a decade. His energy and confidence behind the drum kit have made him a favorite among many drummers and fellow musicians. Despite his calm appearance, he commands attention whenever he plays. His exceptional talent has earned him the opportunity to perform with top Ghanaian musicians, including Sonnie Badu, Ohemaa Mercy, Kojo Antwi, Diana Hamilton and others. 

He also added a special touch to the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) years ago, performing alongside fellow renowned bassist Affreh Junior.

George and his fiancée’s wedding is set for February 27, 2025, with the venue not yet disclosed. 

Fans and well-wishers are eagerly waiting for the grand celebration!

Gospel singer Kofi Owusu Peprah pays tribute to his father this weekend as he bids him farewell

The final funeral rites for the late Rev. George Owusu Mensah, father of renowned gospel singer Kofi Owusu Peprah, will take place this weekend, from today February 6th to 9th, 2025, in Kumasi, Ashanti Region.

Rev. George Owusu Mensah, who was also the Head Pastor of Grace Baptist Church, sadly passed away on in the hours of Sunday, November 10th, 2024. His funeral will be a time of reflection and celebration of a life well lived.

Throughout his ministry, Rev. Mensah touched many lives with his inspiring gospel songs, including his popular hymn “Matwen Awurade Anim.” The song continues to bless generations, especially after his son, Kofi Owusu Peprah, revived it in honor of his father’s legacy.

Thursday, February 6th, 2025 – Night of Tributes and Worship

Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Venue: Grace Baptist Church, Kumasi

Saturday , February 8th, 2025 – Pre-Burial & Burial Service

Pre-Burial Service: 6:00 AM

Burial Service: 9:00 AM

Venue: Grace Baptist Church, Kumasi

Saturday evening 

Final funeral rites- 12pm to 6pm

Venue: KNUST swimming pool side 

Sunday, February 9th, 2025 – Thanksgiving Service
