Psych Major + Dagha drop “Theme To An Imaginary Malt Liquor Commercial”

Published

on

Take the time machine back to the mid 90’s with Psych-N-Dag in a new single/video.  “Theme To An Imaginary Malt Liquor Commercial” is the duo’s homage to the classic era of St. Ides where you could catch spots on late-nite TV featuring Wu-Tang Clan, Ice Cube, Rakim and the Geto Boys that made you want to run to the back of the bodega to lift a 40 Oz.

This is the second loosie to drop from the long-time rhyme-partners in 2025.  “The-Catch-Up” (recently released on all streaming services) has the self-proclaimed: grown man rap representatives lyrically chewing the fat on recent developments in their respective lives.

Since resuming their partnership in 2021 (after more than a decade of silence) Psych-N-Dag (FKA known as Noise Is The Trigger) have managed to release several tracks together.  These include appearances on Psych Major’s two solo EP’s for 2024 The Late Starter and Old Head (both available via Below Systems Records/DITCDotcom) as well as recent singles collection Psychography 101 (DITCDotcom).
