‘Amazing Race’ Alums Leticia and Rod Gardner Open Dynamic3 Med Spa in Buckhead
Buckhead’s newest wellness address comes with a reality-TV résumé. Dynamic3 Med Spa opened in January 2026 in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood, founded by Leticia Gardner and her husband Rod Gardner, alumni of “The Amazing Race,” according to Simply Buckhead magazine’s feature “Wellness Redefined.” Rod Gardner, a former NFL wide receiver, served as contractor on the build-out while Leticia Gardner designed the interiors — a space the magazine describes as an upscale retreat in soft neutral tones, with sculptural furnishings and arched architectural details.
The Gardners came to the spa business from the fitness and sports world. The two met in Atlanta in 2009. Leticia Gardner became a fitness instructor and founded an online fitness and nutrition program, and the magazine reports the couple’s personal brands — centered on family, lifestyle and wellness — have drawn a combined millions of social media followers.
Atlanta, though, was always the intended home base. The couple’s first Dynamic3 location opened in Jacksonville, Florida — Rod Gardner’s hometown — but Leticia Gardner told the magazine Atlanta was where they meant to land: “Atlanta has so many trends, but we wanted to create a one-stop shop.” The founders describe their concept as rooted in holistic health and functional medicine — their own description of the idea behind the spa, as the magazine reports it.
Simply Buckhead reports the spa’s staff includes nurse practitioners and licensed estheticians, and its service menu lists injectables, facials, IV therapy, weight-loss programs and body scans — the factual lineup of what the Buckhead location offers.
Asked what’s next, the Gardners told the magazine they hope to expand, with a long-term ambition of creating a larger wellness retreat. Dynamic3 Med Spa can be reached at 678.904.9812 and at d3medspa.com, and posts on social media as @dynamic3medspa. For a couple who built their following online first, the Buckhead opening is the physical home base that audience was always pointed toward.

It’s A Secret Med Spa welcomes Houston to its new Post Oak location
It’s A Secret Med Spa celebrated the grand opening of its Houston location at 1800 Post Oak Blvd., Suite 6130, with exclusive daytime specials and a Grand Opening Party on Thursday, September 24, 2026.
Located at BLVD Place in the heart of Houston’s Uptown district, the new location officially opened earlier this summer after relocating from Washington Avenue. The celebration marked the next chapter for It’s A Secret in Houston and gave the community an opportunity to explore the new space, meet the Houston team and learn about the med spa’s full range of aesthetic and wellness services.
First-time clients could celebrate throughout the day with 50% off Botox when booked in advance. The Grand Opening Party followed from 6 to 9 p.m., featuring exclusive offers such as 20% off injectables and skincare, 60% off laser hair removal and up to $2,000 off treatments.
The evening event also featured specialty drinks, light bites, a DJ, giveaways and raffle prizes. Guests had the opportunity to meet the Houston providers and learn more about the treatments and services available at the new location.
Attendees could also participate in an interactive Grand Opening Passport Experience. Upon arrival, guests received a passport and visited stations located throughout the med spa’s treatment rooms. At each stop, they could meet providers and learn about featured services. Guests who completed their passports unlocked additional event rewards and raffle opportunities, including the chance to receive 10 complimentary units of Botox to be scheduled and redeemed at a later date.
“We’ve been looking forward to officially celebrating this location with Houston since we opened our doors this summer,” said Garrett Gay, Vice President of It’s A Secret Med Spa. “Post Oak is exactly where we wanted to be, and this event is our opportunity to welcome the community into the space, introduce them to our team and give them the full It’s A Secret experience.”
The Houston location offers It’s A Secret Med Spa’s complete range of aesthetic and wellness services, including injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, body contouring, wellness offerings and personalized treatment plans.
