Donald Glover Stage Name Childish Gambino and Lady Gaga Announced as 2018 Grammy Performers

After a summer spent explaining why he would be retiring his Childish Gambino alias, then performing with said alias during a joint show with Dave Chappelle, it only makes sense that Donald Glover would sign on to perform live during the 60th Grammys show, which airs live on CBS on Jan. 28. Glover is joining a group of performers that includes Lady Gaga, Pink, and Little Big Town.
The question is, what will he be performing? The obvious choice would be “Redbone,” which went double platinum over the summer and was featured in Jordan Peele’s hit horror film Get Out. Or he could be choosing to play “Me and Your Mama,” which was the lead single from Awaken, My Love! With five Grammy nominations to his name this year, Glover could be down to do anything.
Either way, it’s going to be a highlight to a night that could be another notch in Glover’s belt.
