E.D. releases striking debut single ‘Divin’!
Meet Tobias Simeon, a young artist hailing from Copenhagen, Denmark with West African roots. He goes by the artist name E.D. (Enfant Divin). His captivating debut single ‘Divin’, which was produced by Blue Foundation’s Tobias Wilner, blends elements of alternative hip-hop and acoustic Desert Blues. E.D. is very much influenced by his West African upbringing, and his music draws from genres and artists like Malian Desert Blues and Western icons such as Nirvana, Kid Cudi and Joy Division.
Through his music, E.D. weaves a narrative of personal development, spanning from his upbringing in West Africa to his current life in Denmark, exploring themes of cultural and religious transformation. This artist raps mainly in French, but for those listening the dulcet melodies could easily be those of Post Malone, The Weeknd or Frank Ocean. Explaining more about his creative process, E.D. said- “Music is like an escape room to me. A place where I dare to be honest to myself. If it sounds right the way I want it to, I feel heard. Even if nobody has heard it but me. That gives me peace, for a moment.”
Los Chicos Criollos the rhyme-slinging duo of Kingdom Kome + Che Uno have just dropped a new video + single “Olmedo Y Porcel.” Named for the legendary Argentinian comedy duo Alberto Olmedo and Jorge Porcel, the emcee duo displays a similar attack of irreverent bars, flowing back & forth while flexing in English and Spanish effortlessly.
Filmed on location at the El Almacen Café in Toronto, Canada by WIZDOME BUNITALL (for Fuego Films) the track is powered by frequent collaborator of the duo, producer/DJ RUEN.

“Olmedo Y Porcel” is the first leak from the forthcoming Los Chicos Criollos album, Merca Musica to drop on November 10th via Walking With Enoch Music. Though they have two Halloween themed mixtapes together (Brujos 1 + 2 respectively) this will be the first full Los Cricos Criollos album produced by RUEN. With frequent references to their shared Argentinian roots the album title translates roughly to the slang title of dope music. As Kingdom Kome states “we are trafficking this pure uncut and unfiltered product, which is our music, and we feel the whole concept just got elevated with RUEN’s contributions.”
