Hilton Plants Its Flag in Key West: A 175-Room Marina Resort Opens on Stock Island

Hilton has planted its flag in Key West. The company announced the official debut of Hilton Key West Resort & Marina on July 1, 2026, adding a new Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in the Florida Keys. The 175-room waterfront resort sits on Stock Island at the eastern edge of Key West, with a marina-front setting, island-inspired dining, flexible meeting space and outdoor adventures.

“The Florida Keys continue to be one of the most sought-after leisure destinations in the Americas, and the debut of Hilton Key West Resort & Marina further strengthens Hilton’s growing portfolio of a dozen properties across this iconic island chain,” said Danny Hughes, president, Americas, Hilton.

Set on 20 waterfront acres, the resort has 175 guestrooms, including 86 suites, each with a private furnished balcony overlooking the marina and the Atlantic Ocean. Yellowfin Bar & Kitchen serves oceanfront fare inspired by the flavors of the Keys, Ocean’s Edge Café offers Cuban coffee, smoothies and grab-and-go favorites, and poolside and in-room dining round out the options. Direct marina access connects guests to fishing, boating and marine experiences.

The amenity list leans outdoors: six saltwater pools and complimentary paddleboarding, kayaking, bicycling, yoga classes, lawn games and poolside movie nights, plus a fitness center and a complimentary shuttle to Old Town for Duval Street, Mallory Square and the Key West Historic Seaport. Meeting space includes a 570-square-foot boardroom and a 1,140-square-foot outdoor patio.

As part of its debut, the property is undergoing enhancements including refreshed guest rooms with new flooring, furnishings and décor, enhanced amenities and a new Tiki Event Pavilion. The resort participates in the Hilton Honors loyalty program. For travelers who want Key West’s energy with a quieter home base, a full-service marina resort on Stock Island — minutes from Old Town, with the water on every side — is a new kind of option at the end of the Overseas Highway.

Moxy Atlanta Downtown at dusk, with the Atlanta skyline behind it

Moxy Atlanta Downtown brings high-voltage boutique energy to the city center, pairing 183 music-themed guest rooms with three distinct gathering spaces.

Surrounded by landmarks like Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Georgia Aquarium, and World of Coca-Cola, the property greets incoming guests at Bar Moxy with a complimentary arrival cocktail before sending them through lyric-lined corridors layered with local street art.

Executive sessions find privacy inside the Library, an intimate salon configured for 12 guests with integrated AV solutions and high-speed Wi-Fi. Turnkey hospitality operations — complete with in-house culinary service and dedicated event staffing — support everything from seated society galas to high-profile corporate receptions.

For off-the-record entertaining, the Powder Room operates as a concealed speakeasy with an indoor-outdoor terrace behind an unmarked door.

Receptions migrate upstairs to the Jagger Suite, a disco-inflected rooftop lounge anchored by skyline views and a 12-foot disco unicorn, accompanied by rotating DJs and morning activations via LA cult breakfast import Eggslut.

It all adds up to one of downtown Atlanta’s most playful new places to stay — and to gather — this fall.
