Kenaz Akosah’s ‘Afehyia Pa’: A Heartwarming Ghanaian Christmas Song to Brighten Your Holidays
Ghanaian UK-based Gospel musician Kenaz Akosah has released a Christmas song called “Afehyia Pa” on December 25, 2023, featuring evergreen Gospel artiste Cynthia Agyare Appiadu from the Daughters Of Glorious Jesus group.
The song shares a Christmas message, wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. It also expresses gratitude, thanking God for protection and blessings throughout the year. Sung in the Ghanaian language “Twi,” the song highlights God’s generosity all year long. The inclusion of Maa Cynthia, known for her Twi songs, adds a perfect touch to the tune.
Kenaz collaborated with Mama Cynthia of DOGJ, along with other musicians and studios including Patrick Okrah, Ridim Oheneba, Prince Kwesi Sakason, Kwabena Okyere Darko, Ellis Oppong Adzinyo, Frank Godswill, Music City Production, Levites Studio, JVWils Studios (Joe Wilson, UK), Frank Kweku Osei (Groove house studio), Ellis Oppong Adzinyo, making the song truly special.
Kenaz’s real full name is Kenaz Kwadwo Akosah Adutwum. The third born of 6 children of Mr and Mrs Akosah. He’s a Ghanaian UK based registered Nurse.
Kenaz completed his first degree in Ghana beginning relocating to the United Kingdom. He has had the passion for music since childhood.

Ghanaian gospel music group E’mPraise Inc. has released a new Afro song “Day by Day,” featuring gospel singer Akesse Brempong.
The song was officially released on February 4, 2025, and has already garnered views , blessing listeners.
This release follows the success of their previous hit, “The Revival Chant,” which has accumulated 1 million views in five months.
“Day by Day” is available on various streaming platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music.
