London-Based Worship Minister Kasope Releases Heartfelt Single and Video “Bámiṣé”

Nigerian-British singer, songwriter and worship minister Kasopefoluwa Sote, professionally known as Kasope, has released a deeply personal new single and video, “Bámiṣé” — a Yoruba cry that translates “Help Me” or “Do It for Me.”

Based in London, Kasope blends soulful worship, heartfelt storytelling and rich Yoruba expression, and “Bámiṣé” may be his most honest record yet. The song captures the vulnerable moment of turning to God when life feels uncertain and the strength to move forward seems hard to find — a simple, powerful prayer for divine help, intervention and direction.

The song’s journey mirrors its message. It was written across a period that began before, and continued for six years after, the passing of Kasope’s mother in 2019. The chorus was written before her passing, while the verses and bridge developed in the years that followed, as the singer processed loss while holding on to faith. What began as a spontaneous melody during a choir rehearsal has become, in his hands, a record about grief, dependence on God and hope.

Produced by Olaitan Dada, “Bámiṣé” is more than a song of worship — it is Kasope’s personal prayer transformed into music, inviting listeners to bring their own struggles, uncertainties and hopes before God and simply say, “Bámiṣé.” The single and its official video are out now on streaming platforms.

Few releases carry a six-year story inside them. That “Bámiṣé” was begun in one season of Kasope’s life and finished in another, after loss had reshaped everything, gives the record a weight that cannot be manufactured in a studio. It sounds like what it is: a prayer that survived.

Canadian-Born Worship Leader Natasha Zimbaro Announces Christmas Single “Emmanuel”

Canadian-born artist and worship leader Natasha Zimbaro is ushering in the holiday season with new music. Zimbaro has announced her Christmas single “Emmanuel,” arriving November 13, 2026, as both the official release and radio airplay date.

Written by Zimbaro with Jonathan Moos, “Emmanuel” is a worshipful celebration of the incarnation and the truth at the heart of Christmas: God with us. The song invites listeners beyond the familiarity of the Christmas story and into the wonder of what it means that God stepped into His creation and came near through Jesus Christ. Zimbaro says Christmas can become so familiar that it is easy to lose sight of how incredible the incarnation really is, and that her hope is the song brings people back to that truth and gives the Church a song to worship Jesus with this Christmas.

Zimbaro currently serves as a full-time worship leader at Lakepointe Church in the Dallas, Texas area, and she has built a social media audience of more than one million followers with her hymns and worship recordings. She is also nearing completion of her Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies, a pursuit that continues to shape her approach to songwriting and worship.

“Emmanuel” marks the first release from a larger body of Christ-centred music Zimbaro is preparing for 2027, with additional new music to follow throughout the year. Rooted in Scripture and centred on the person of Jesus, the single offers Christian radio a worshipful addition to Christmas programming that keeps the focus on the reason for the season.
