UK developer and publisher FuturLab has released the latest PowerWash Simulator update for Apple Arcade, adding new jobs, seasonal surprises and Quick Play mode for more ways to blast away dirt and grime.

The update features two Muckingham Files jobs: the Aquarium and the Submarine, and the returning Halloween House Seasonal Job. Quick Play drops players straight into the action, whether they have a few minutes or time for a longer wash.

Dive Into Two New Aquatic Jobs: Make a splash with two new jobs from The Muckingham Files. Players can take on the Aquarium, a fan-favourite location, and the Submarine, tackling layers of grime to restore both environments to their sparkling best.

A Spooky Seasonal Clean-Up: The Halloween House Seasonal Job invites players to hose away cobwebs, dirt, and spooky messes, turning a mortifyingly mucky house into a spotless, party-ready space.

Get Straight To The Action With Quick Play: Players can choose their preferred level size before being presented with three randomly selected jobs to choose from, with the option to reroll. Quick Play also provides instant access to the best equipment for the job and unlimited cleaning liquids. Completed Quick Play jobs carry over into Career Mode.

The update also includes several bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements.

Monster Hunter Outlanders Launches on Mobile, Bringing the Hunt to iOS and Android

Published

on

Monster Hunter Outlanders is out now on mobile. TiMi Studio Group announced that the survival hunting action game, developed under license from Capcom, officially launched on Thursday, October 29, 2026, for iOS and Android, bringing the Monster Hunter series to phones with an adventure built around hunting, exploration and crafting.

The hunt takes place on an island with its own unique ecosystem, where players set out to unravel its mysteries. Waiting for them are Radiant Species, monsters transformed by the island’s environment, led by an original Elder Dragon, Ruger Aidal, which descends on the setting of Aesoland shining like a blazing sun.

Eight classic weapon types from the series are in the game: Great Sword, Long Sword, Dual Blades, Hammer, Lance, Charge Blade, Heavy Bowgun and Bow. The Charge Blade is available from launch and is shown off in the launch trailer — it combines offense and defense, letting hunters switch between Sword Mode and Axe Mode. Each weapon pairs with distinctive Adventurers, and additional weapon types are planned in future updates.

Players can explore the field solo or rally friends into a four-player hunting squad. Three Buddies — Palico, Rutaco and Trillan, each with their own personality — join the hunt and help with crafting and the activities and events around it. Controls have been optimized for mobile, and controller support covers the major hunting actions from launch, including hunts, the quest system and world exploration, with support set to expand in future updates.

Launch events are already running. The first-month calendar opens with “Flowing Maple Melody,” a hunting challenge event featuring the Long Sword Adventurer Midori, alongside a chance to try Midori out, and players can earn enough recruitment items to make more than 400 recruitment attempts in total. The Adventurer’s Guild Campaign runs from October 29 to November 30, inviting players to team up and level their guilds toward a shared milestone that unlocks the “Let’s Set Off” sticker and an honorary title for everyone. A special livestream showcase, The Great Hunt, will bring creators and streamers together for gameplay and challenges, and launch advertising is on display in New York and Berlin. The mainland China version of the game is planned for release in 2027 or later.
