Rev3rent Releases Debut Album ‘She Let The World Run Rampant’ and Shares Video for “Eyes Wide Shut”
Rev3rent releases their debut album She Let The World Run Rampant via Deep Love Recordings. She Let The World Run Rampant includes “Eyes Wide Shut,” which arrives paired with a music video edited and graded by Salem Vex today, along with the previously released and razor sharp singles “Lacerations and The Feeling of Dying,” title track “She Let The World Run Rampant,” and “Last One Here.” She Let The World Run Rampant brings the feeling back to deathcore. Produced with Grammy-nominated producer Drew Fulk a.k.a. WZRD BLD (Knocked Loose, Motionless in White) and mixed by Buster Odeholm, She Let The World Run Rampant is thirteen fiery tracks that plunge headfirst into loss, heartbreak, and the darkness we carry with us.
Speaking about She Let The World Run Rampant and their biggest aspiration as a band, vocalist Josh Bailey Guard shares, “I want to be able to help people with the music, not just play for them. Help people have fun and get out of their heads. Because the world sucks right now, and music is a good way to get out of that.” That unabashed honesty is what animates Rev3rent to their core and can be heard throughout She Let The World Run Rampant.
Rev3rent emerged from Southern California’s vibrant underground screamo scene with the kind of breathless intensity that makes every show feel volatile and alive. Their music is rooted in the raw energy, conviction, and danger of deathcore, carrying its foundations into a new generation.
The fundamentals are still there: neck-snapping breakdowns, flesh-peeling slams, murderous screams, and technical death metal mastery. But in Rev3rent’s hands, those foundations are twisted into something unmistakably their own. At the center of everything they do is a youth-forward spirit — bold, fearless, and deeply connected to the culture around them.
They’re originals in the truest sense, driven by instinct and an ambition that reaches far beyond revival or nostalgia. Their performances carry the kind of electricity that turns casual observers into believers. Rev3rent want to expand what deathcore can be, blazing their own trail toward a future that feels louder, more progressive, more immediate, and entirely theirs.
This fall, Rev3rent will join Slaughter to Prevail on tour across North America. On October 11th, Rev3rent is set to perform at Furnace Fest in Birmingham, Alabama.

System Of A Down Add Fourth and Final Rose Bowl Show After First Three Sell Out
Due to overwhelming demand, GRAMMY Award-winning rock band System Of A Down have added a fourth and final show at Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, CA. The newly added Saturday, June 12, 2027 performance joins the previously announced June 5, June 6, and June 10 shows, expanding the band’s 2027 Rose Bowl run to four nights. Pierce The Veil will join as special guests on June 5 and June 6, while Gojira will join on June 10 and June 12.
Promoted by Live Nation and 30e, the four Rose Bowl shows will be System Of A Down’s only North American headline performances of 2027. The added dates arrive on the heels of the band’s massive EU/UK Summer Stadium Tour, which delivered back-to-back sellouts in Paris, London, and Warsaw, as well as the 25th anniversary of Toxicity. The landmark album was celebrated this past week with an immersive exhibition at BEYOND THE STREETS in Los Angeles featuring rare artifacts and ephemera from the Toxicity era.
