Tom Brady to Open Eudēmonia Summit as Wellness Festival Returns to West Palm Beach
West Palm Beach is getting its wellness weekend back — bigger. Eudēmonia, the health and wellness summit built by the team behind Wanderlust, returns to downtown West Palm Beach from November 5 to 8, 2026, headquartered at the Palm Beach County Convention Center and the Hilton West Palm Beach, with programming spread across venues downtown, according to the summit’s official FAQ and a July 6 preview from Markets of Tomorrow.
This year’s theme, organizers say, is “wellness is a team sport.” Markets of Tomorrow reports the 2026 edition will stage more than 120 experts, 200-plus talks, 160-plus brands and 300 treatments across 15 venues, and organizers quoted by Athletech News expect more than 8,000 attendees — up from roughly 5,000 in 2025 and about 2,700 at the 2024 debut.
The summit’s official FAQ lists an opening keynote by Tom Brady on Thursday, November 5, at 2 p.m. ET, ahead of the main program, which runs Friday, November 6, from 8 a.m. through Sunday, November 8, at 5 p.m. The Palm Beaches, the county’s official tourism organization, lists neuroscientist Dr. Andrew Huberman, nutritionist Simon Hill and author Gabrielle Bernstein among the experts appearing.
Programming, as The Palm Beaches describes it, is organized around five elements — movement, nourishment, mental optimization, restoration and connection — alongside on-site experiences and an expo floor, EXPOSŌME, for wellness brands. Markets of Tomorrow lists stage themes spanning longevity and aging, sleep, stress recovery, nutrition, brain health and biohacking.
The FAQ confirms the summit is in-person only, with single-day and multi-day badges available, and that children under 13 are not admitted. For a festival that drew fewer than 3,000 people two years ago, an 8,000-person expectation marks a fast climb — and a sign of how quickly the wellness-weekend format is growing in South Florida. The draw, as the preview lays it out, is the combination: headline keynotes, hundreds of expert sessions and hundreds of on-site treatments, all inside one downtown footprint.

It’s A Secret Med Spa welcomes Houston to its new Post Oak location
It’s A Secret Med Spa celebrated the grand opening of its Houston location at 1800 Post Oak Blvd., Suite 6130, with exclusive daytime specials and a Grand Opening Party on Thursday, September 24, 2026.
Located at BLVD Place in the heart of Houston’s Uptown district, the new location officially opened earlier this summer after relocating from Washington Avenue. The celebration marked the next chapter for It’s A Secret in Houston and gave the community an opportunity to explore the new space, meet the Houston team and learn about the med spa’s full range of aesthetic and wellness services.
First-time clients could celebrate throughout the day with 50% off Botox when booked in advance. The Grand Opening Party followed from 6 to 9 p.m., featuring exclusive offers such as 20% off injectables and skincare, 60% off laser hair removal and up to $2,000 off treatments.
The evening event also featured specialty drinks, light bites, a DJ, giveaways and raffle prizes. Guests had the opportunity to meet the Houston providers and learn more about the treatments and services available at the new location.
Attendees could also participate in an interactive Grand Opening Passport Experience. Upon arrival, guests received a passport and visited stations located throughout the med spa’s treatment rooms. At each stop, they could meet providers and learn about featured services. Guests who completed their passports unlocked additional event rewards and raffle opportunities, including the chance to receive 10 complimentary units of Botox to be scheduled and redeemed at a later date.
“We’ve been looking forward to officially celebrating this location with Houston since we opened our doors this summer,” said Garrett Gay, Vice President of It’s A Secret Med Spa. “Post Oak is exactly where we wanted to be, and this event is our opportunity to welcome the community into the space, introduce them to our team and give them the full It’s A Secret experience.”
The Houston location offers It’s A Secret Med Spa’s complete range of aesthetic and wellness services, including injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, body contouring, wellness offerings and personalized treatment plans.
