Amelia Gray Earns Her Wings in Her Second Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

Published

on

Amelia Gray reached a milestone most models only dream about on October 18, walking the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show for the second time and wearing her wings for the first time. The 25-year-old Los Angeles native returned to the runway at Sony Pictures Studios after making her debut in the show in 2025, this time stepping out in looks that included a blue lace ensemble framed by dramatic feathered white wings.

The walk capped a full spring/summer 2027 fashion season for Gray, whose fashion month included a front-row seat at Saint Laurent’s SS27 show in Paris on September 29, where creative director Anthony Vaccarello marked ten years at the house. Few models move as comfortably between the runway and the industry’s most watched front rows, and that visibility has become a signature part of her career.

Gray’s résumé was built long before Victoria’s Secret called. She made her runway debut opening and closing the Dennis Basso spring/summer 2018 show, then stacked seasons of work for major houses. In April 2023 she covered both Vogue Japan and Harper’s Bazaar France in the same month. Her campaign list includes Vivienne Westwood, Miu Miu, Courrèges, H&M, Givenchy, Versace and Hugo Boss, and in 2023 alone she appeared in 23 fashion shows. In 2024, the Daily Front Row named her its Model of the Year. She is represented by The Lions in New York and Ford Models in Paris.

That body of work is what made this year’s Victoria’s Secret moment land differently. A debut is about potential; a second invitation, with wings, is about standing. The brand reserves its most theatrical honor for models it considers part of its identity, and Gray’s return put her in that company alongside veterans who have carried the show for a decade or more.

At 25, with a Model of the Year title, two Victoria’s Secret shows and a front-row presence at the season’s biggest collections already on her record, Amelia Gray is no longer fashion’s next thing. She is one of the names the current era is being built around.

Kit Butler Fronts Karl Lagerfeld’s ‘From Paris With Love’ and MANGO Man’s Savile Row Story

Kit Butler is having the kind of year that confirms a top model’s staying power. The British model fronts the menswear tailoring story of Karl Lagerfeld’s Fall Winter 2026 campaign, “From Paris With Love,” and leads MANGO Man’s Tailored by Richard James collection — two campaigns built entirely around his command of a suit.

For Karl Lagerfeld, Butler embodies the house’s menswear codes through sharp, traditional suiting, photographed by Matt Easton and styled by Isabelle Kountour. The campaign, which puts Paris Hilton front and center with Jon Kortajarena also in the cast, pairs Butler with NOT-KARL, a digital character nodding to the house’s founder, who appears as his companion inside a vintage television set.

At MANGO Man, Butler carried the Tailored by Richard James collection — the Savile Row tailor’s collaboration with the menswear line — through a campaign shot across London’s cobblestones and Georgian terraces. The collection leans into earth tones: tobacco brown suits cut close to the body, houndstooth blazers in warm camel, and a double-breasted standout in stone.

It is familiar territory for Butler, who was scouted while helping his uncle build an aerodrome and made his debut opening Stuart Vevers’ Coach menswear show in London. Represented by Next London, his mother agency, along with Soul Artist Management in New York, Bananas Models in Paris and Fashion Model Management in Milan, he holds a place in Models.com’s Icons and Top 50 rankings and a spot in the BoF 500.

The campaign run builds on recent seasons that included Dolce & Gabbana’s Fall Winter 2025 campaign, photographed by Steven Meisel. The Business of Fashion, which counts Butler in its BoF 500 index of the people shaping the industry, describes a model who gave up a typical high-school existence playing rugby to become a favorite for heritage houses like Burberry. Add a VMAN 56 cover photographed by Luigi & Iango earlier this year, and Butler’s 2026 underlines why heritage houses keep calling: nobody on the current menswear board wears a suit quite like him.
