Beartooth Brings the Pure Ecstasy World Tour to Coca-Cola Roxy on November 29
Caleb Shomo has turned Beartooth into one of the most intense live bands in heavy music, and the new record raises the stakes again. Beartooth brings the Pure Ecstasy World Tour to Coca-Cola Roxy on Sunday, November 29, with a support bill stacked three deep.
Beartooth plays Coca-Cola Roxy on Sunday, November 29, on the Pure Ecstasy World Tour, the North American run behind the band’s sixth studio album Pure Ecstasy. Don Broco, Magnolia Park and Windwaker share the bill.
Pure Ecstasy, released through Fearless Records, is the first Beartooth album Shomo did not play entirely himself, with drummer Connor Denis tracking across the record and production help from Jordan Fish. The result is the biggest sounding version of a band that already sounded huge.
The 23 city United States run opened in Boston on November 11 and reaches Atlanta late in the route, which means the show arrives road tested and loud, with the new material fully settled into the set.
Coca-Cola Roxy, at 800 Battery Ave SE in The Battery Atlanta, is built for nights like this one. A Sunday crowd ready to close out Thanksgiving weekend at full volume should give the band everything it feeds on.
