Dyson Debuts Airsmooth, Its First Dedicated Dryer Brush, for $249.99

Published

on

Dyson has added a new silhouette to its hair lineup. The company has launched the Airsmooth, its first dedicated dryer brush, engineered to dry, smooth and lift hair in a single step — no switching tools, no complicated routines.

The innovation sits in the brush head. A patented dual-bristle system pairs Anti-snag bristles, whose looped structure collapses to release strands and reduce snagging, with PivotFlex bristles, which flex up to 90 degrees and use an open-base design to diffuse and control high-pressure airflow while minimizing frizz. Arranged in a teardrop formation, the two bristle types work together to deliver tension from root to tip, helping stretch curls and coils and smooth lengths in one motion. Intelligent heat control measures temperature 100 times a second to keep styling controlled and more comfortable for the scalp.

The machine is lightweight at 580g with the motor in the handle, offers four heat settings and three airflow settings, and runs on universal voltage, making it as suited to a vacation bag as a bathroom counter. It is designed for all hair types, from straight to coily, and arrives in a Ceramic Pink colorway. Dyson suggests pairing it with its Omega leave-in conditioning spray, an 8-in-1 formula built on seven omega-rich oils.

The Airsmooth went on sale September 8, 2026, for $249.99 at Dyson Demo stores, Dyson.com, Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Abt and Nebraska Furniture Mart — a meaningful step down in price from the Airwrap for shoppers who want Dyson engineering in a single, everyday tool.

Haus Labs’ Sun Dipped Bronzing Veil Puts Skincare First With a Waterless Liquid Bronzer

Published

on

Haus Labs is making the case that bronzer should behave like skincare. Lady Gaga’s brand has launched the Sun Dipped Bronzing Veil, a waterless liquid bronzer with a serum-like texture, made with 70 percent skincare ingredients and designed to deliver sheer, believable warmth rather than an obvious stripe of color.

The formula is built to work as hard as it wears. Haus Labs says the veil is waterproof, sweat-proof and humidity-proof, with up to 12 hours of even wear, medium coverage and a natural finish. Inside, hyaluronic filling spheres, phytosqualane, fermented arnica and wakame extract work to hydrate and support the skin barrier while the color is on. The application is deliberately simple: dot the wand where the sun would naturally hit — forehead, cheekbones, the bridge of the nose — then tap and blend out with a brush, building to intensify the bronze.

Shade range is a headline in itself. The Bronzing Veil comes in 11 shades running from Sand and Golden through Sienna, Playa and Rich to Mahogany, Oasis and Mirage, an inclusive spread the brand demonstrates across skin tones. The formula is vegan, and the tube format makes it easy to control exactly how much warmth goes on.

The Sun Dipped Bronzing Veil is priced at $32 and is available at hauslabs.com and Sephora US, where it arrived in early October. For anyone who has ever overdone it with powder bronzer, Haus Labs is pitching a softer way back into the sun — no actual sun required.
