Camila Cabello attends ‘March For Our Lives’ and receives Kid’s Choice Award

Camila Cabello participated in the Los Angeles March For Our Lives‘ on Saturday (March 24) to speak out against gun violence, and then won her very first Kid’s Choice Award that evening at theIngelwood Forum.

Others nominated were Harry Styles, Cardi B, Noah Cyrus, and Alessia Cara but it was Cabello that took home the prize.

She told the audience: “I just went with my family and my [nine-year-old sister Sofia] and it made me so excited to be here and so inspired. I felt so inspired by you guys, seeing all these kids there, these young people being brave and being kind and compassionate for each other and speaking up.

‘And I just want to tell you guys – every kid in this room and every kid watching at home – that the future is yours! The world is yours! I love you guys so much and thank you!’

Michael Daly III guests on “Secrets of the Stage” hosted by Quinn Lemley.

“Secrets of the Stage” is a tv show on MNN. Watch as Quinn Lemley pulls back the curtain and interviews artists, entrepreneurs and creators to discover their process “behind the scenes.”

Michael Daly III is an international entrepreneur, humanitarian and inventor who is nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for his work in the hydrogen.

Quinn Lemley is the star of Burlesque to Broadway and The Star That Built Columbia Pictures Rita Hayworth in The Heat Is On!. Both shows headline first class performing arts centers and casinos. In addition to her musical career, she is a dynamic professional speaker. With Paul Horton, Quinn is also the co-producer and director for the hit concerts: Rebel Rebel The Many Lives of David Bowie, Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Wall and The Ultimate Queen Celebration starring Marc Martel.

She has been seen on Good Morning America, Oprah and was a Finalist for Shark Tank on ABC.

Off-Broadway Quinn has been seen in the NYC premiere of Israel Horovitz’ Barking Sharks; Sirens Of The Silver Screen; she originated the role of Colette in Born To Rhumba! at the Duo Theatre; LaMar in Wanda and The King of Hair at the Abington Theatre and The Gift of Magic at The York Theater. Broadway workshops include Rita!, Hollywood Goddess and a Turkish tour of David Ives’ Universal Language and most recently From Bach to Broadway at Symphony Space in NYC. She played a siren in the film The Greatest Ears in Town – The Arif Mardin Story by Hudson River Films with Bette Midler and Norah Jones and the film noir spoof Lucky Stiff; she co-starred in the Sundance winner, Picasso Would Have Made A Glorious Waiter.

Quinn performs her jazz show Sexy, Smokin’ Standards and is thrilled to be “the iconic face” of The Half Note Jazz Club in Athens Greece. Her shows have toured North America, Greece, Switzerland and China.
