British blues-rock guitarist Joanne Shaw Taylor has never hidden from a hard feeling, and her new studio album The Trouble With Love — out now via Joe Bonamassa’s Journeyman Records — walks straight into the hardest one.

Produced by longtime collaborator Kevin Shirley, the 10-track album explores love, heartbreak and everything in between. Bonamassa himself joins her on the title track, and Orianthi guests on “What Good Is My Love?” The track list runs from “Hell Or High Water” and “Bad Boy” to “Tired Of Being Right” and “You And Me (Rachel’s Song),” a tribute to her best friend. The new single “Never Gonna Please ‘Em All” arrived alongside the album with an official music video.

Discovered at 16 by Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics, Shaw Taylor has stacked multiple No. 1 albums on Billboard’s Blues Albums chart. American fans get their turn next: her Fall 2026 U.S. Tour runs October 28 to November 21, from Albuquerque to Monterey, with Bywater Call and Robert Jon & The Wreck supporting.

Deep Purple’s latest album, SPLAT!, arrived July 3, 2026 — proof the voice that defined a genre is very much still working.
