Legendary actress Linda Gray, star of “Dallas” and “Ladies of the 80’s: A Divas Christmas” guests on Harvey Brownstone Interviews.

Linda Gray is a beloved, multi-award winning actress, director and author who became a global superstar with her portrayal of ‘Sue Ellen’, in the blockbuster TV series “Dallas”, for which she won numerous international awards and was nominated for 2 Golden Globe Awards, an Emmy Award and 4 Soap Opera Digest Awards. But her career extends far beyond “Dallas”.

On the big screen, she’s appeared in many movies including “Dogs”, “Oscar”, “Star of Jaipur”, “Expecting Mary”, “The Flight of the Swan”, “Hidden Moon”, “Intuitions” and “Wally’s Will”, which won her 2 Best Actress awards at the USA Film Festival and the North Hollywood Film Festival. And she’s starred in dozens of TV shows like “Melrose Place”, “The Bold and the Beautiful” and “Models Inc.”, and many TV movies including “Murder in Peyton Place”, “Haywire”, “The Wild and the Free”, “Not in Front of the Children”, “Moment of Truth: Why My Daughter?”, “Accidental Meeting”, “When the Cradle Falls”, “Perfect Match”, and of course, the 2 “Dallas” TV movies, “J.R. In 2014 she returned to the London stage to star in the Christmas pantomime “Cinderella”, playing the Fairy Godmother. She’s also starred onstage in “The Vagina Monologues”, “Agnes of God” and “Love Letters”. In 1982, she was named Woman of the Year by the Hollywood Radio & Television Society. In 2013, she was included in People Magazine’s list of the Most Beautiful Women in the world.

On December 2^nd, Linda’s highly anticipated, brand new TV movie entitled “Ladies of the 80s: A Divas Christmas” premiered on the Lifetime channel. This is a delicious comedy in which Linda Gray co-stars with Loni Anderson, Morgan Fairchild, Donna Mills and Nicollette Sheridan, who play 5 glamorous soap opera queens who reunite to shoot the final Christmas episode of their long-running TV series. And if all of that weren’t enough, Linda Gray is also a highly respected philanthropist. She’s been very involved with the Best Buddies Program for people with intellectual challenges, as well as Meals on Wheels and the Force For Good Foundation. And for 10 years, from 1997 to 2007, she served as a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador to promote women’s rights, and the health of women and children.

Harvey Brownstone is a retired judge of the Ontario Court of Justice and was the first openly gay judge in Canada. He is also the bestselling author of “Tug of War: A Judge’s Verdict on Separation, Custody Battles and the Bitter Realities of Family Court” and hosted “Family Matters with Justice Harvey Brownstone,” a television talk show on matters involving the family justice system.

After a distinguished legal career, Harvey was appointed a judge at the age of 38 in 1995. He has presided in family and criminal courts. He has been a trailblazer in several ways. He was the first openly gay judge in Canada. He was the first sitting judge in the world to write a national best seller and to host a TV talk show.

Harvey has been a role model and icon in the LGBTQ community. When same-sex marriage was legalized in Canada in 2003, he was the only judge to make himself publicly available to officiate at weddings for lesbian and gay couples travelling to Toronto from all over the world to get married. In 2007, he officiated at the wedding of Edith Windsor and Thea Spyer, the American couple whose marriage triggered the 2013 United States Supreme Court decision overturning the definition of “spouse” in the federal Defence of Marriage Act.

In February 2021, Harvey launched his online talk show “Harvey Brownstone Interviews” on his own YouTube channel. He saw this as an interesting hobby. Within several months, the show attracted hundreds of thousands – and then eventually, millions – of viewers. Because of the overwhelming success of the show, Harvey decided to retire from the judiciary on December 31, 2021 after having presided as a full-time judge for 26 1/2 years. Free from the constraints imposed upon judges regarding the expression of opinions and the endorsement of private enterprise, Harvey now happily devotes his full-time attention to hosting “Harvey Brownstone Interviews” as a regular member of the public – albeit one with a rather illustrious and unique career history.

Kylie Jenner’s fashion label Khy has its winter moment. The brand launched “Khy After Dark,” a 16-piece eveningwear collection, worldwide on Tuesday (October 27), sold exclusively through the brand’s own web store at khy.com.

The capsule is built for the hours after sunset. Khy describes the drop as inspired by Los Angeles after hours — “a love letter to L.A. nights” — and Jenner echoed the theme in her launch post: “LA nights have always been such a big part of my inspiration and i loved bringing that feeling into this collection.” The lineup leans into moody, after-dark glamour: sculpted tailoring, plush faux fur, layered knitwear, oversized bombers and animal-print accents across coats, dresses, cardigans and tops. The standout piece is the floor-sweeping Marmont Sculpted Coat. The campaign, photographed by Quentin de Briey in the Los Angeles hills, puts Jenner herself in the collection’s statement outerwear against the city lights.

After Dark also underlines how Khy does business. Rather than running on traditional celebrity endorsements, the label operates through designer collaborations, partnering with creative founders and peer brands — including footwear label Gia Borghini and Francesca Aiello’s Frankies Bikinis — to merge their aesthetics with Jenner’s vision. The winter drop keeps up a rapid release cadence: earlier this year Khy expanded into warm-weather staples with the silk-and-jersey “Dear Summer, Love Khy” line, then returned to swim with Frankies Bikinis on their second collaborative capsule, “Fever Dream.”

The timing is deliberate. The launch caps a headline week for Jenner, who made her runway debut at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on October 18 wearing the $50 million Jacob & Co. diamond Fantasy Bra — and now channels that fashion spotlight straight into her own label.
