If you’re a fan of Return of the Obra Dinn and The Case of the Golden Idol, Death at Fleming Manor might be your next favourite case. It launches on Steam on November 3rd and is already wishlisted by over 100,000 investigators.

England, 1959. A series of unexplained deaths at a country estate, and your job is to write the death certificate. Examine each scene, study the body, question the people involved and review the evidence, then decide whether it was accident, suicide or murder. The game won’t confirm your suspicions, and every part of your report has to be backed by evidence.

It’s hand-drawn in a ligne claire style inspired by 1960s European crime comics, and the team has documented their full process on YouTube.
