Michael Rainey JR AKA Tariq of Power is a man of many talents. Not only is he an actor but he’s also a budding producer. Being inspired by KRS-One, he took a liking to music at the age of five.
Surprisingly Michael has worked with Famous Dex and Anthony Hamilton. I think it is safe to say that he may definitely make a mark in the music industry.
UMeek caught up with Michael and Torion Sellers of Babershop 3, while at Astro Studios. The two discussed upcoming joint EP, movies, and inspiration.
Michael is co-starring along side Nicolas Cage in the upcoming film ‘211,’ which is about a bank robbery with a good cop (Cage) who tries to thwart the heist. He will also co-star in a new original Netflix film,’Amatuer‘- A 14-year-old basketball player struggles to fit in with his peers.
Check out the interview with both young men speaking of their upcoming projects.
