Mike Andersen Releases New Single ”Only For You”

Mike Andersen, the Aarhus-based roots artist, has announced the upcoming release of his 10th album, along with a solo tour this spring. His first single, ‘Only For You’, was released on March 13th, offering a glimpse into the intimate, acoustic side of his new work. The song is stripped down to just vocals and acoustic guitar, aligning with the vulnerable theme of opening up to a new relationship and allowing oneself to be truly seen.
Produced by Christian Ki, who has earned critical acclaim for both his solo albums and work with artists like Simone Tang, the new single is an honest, minimalist creation with Americana influences. The accompanying black-and-white animated music video reflects the raw emotional tone of the song.
In addition to the release of ‘Only For You’, Mike Andersen will embark on an extensive solo tour across Denmark in April and May, performing in venues like Amager Bio and Dexter.
Mike Andersen, who debuted in 2002 with ‘My Love for The Blues’, has consistently evolved as an artist blending blues and roots with contemporary influences. His dynamic live shows and music have earned him numerous awards, including two DMA Blues awards in 2022. With this new album and tour, he continues to solidify his place in Denmark’s music scene and internationally.

Kingdumb Drops New Track “For The Love”

Kingdumb enters a new phase of his creative life with “For The Love” by combining the pulsating vitality of British Garage with his cultural roots. Out now and gracing clubs up and down the UK, this track—the title cut from his EP—hits the ideal mix between emotional resonance and club-ready pace.
This isn’t your usual garage track. Rich textures and subdued hints to his Asian background abound, and they help the creation transcend trends into something distinctly his. The way Kingdumb arranges each drop, synth swell, and vocal chop is deliberate, stacked with both passion and accuracy.
There’s a warmth to “For The Love”—a kind of glowing optimism beneath the skippy drums and crisp bassline. It’s clear that this track is a statement. Having already captured the ears of tastemakers like BBC Asian Network and Spotify’s editorial curators, Kingdumb proves here that he’s not only a music innovator but also a storyteller with heart.
Produced under the wing of Grammy-winning producer James Sanger, the track balances polish with personality. Also, you can feel the growth—Kingdumb isn’t just experimenting here, he’s mastering his sound.
