Two eras of British style have met in a single collection. Palace Skateboards has released its collaboration with Burberry, launching the capsule exclusively at Palace’s brand new flagship store on Poland Street in London.

The collection blends the skate brand’s streetwear graphics with Burberry’s heritage outerwear and check patterns. Standout pieces include a plaid overcoat and a hooded jacket carrying the Palace and Burberry emblem, along with a toile inspired trench finished with matching graphics. It is a capsule built on the overlap between the two brands: Burberry’s trench coats, checks and outerwear on one side, Palace’s graphic language and skate roots on the other. The graphics run across the range rather than sitting on a single logo piece, so the check and the shared emblem appear together on outerwear designed to be worn every day, the point at which a heritage house and a skate label can plausibly meet.

The launch also serves as a housewarming. The collaboration dropped exclusively at the Poland Street store, Palace’s new London flagship, giving the opening a product story big enough to match it. Rather than splitting the release across retailers, both brands concentrated the launch in the one location, making the shop itself part of the event.

Palace has built its name on collaborations that pair its own irreverent identity with established houses, while Burberry has spent recent seasons putting its heritage codes in front of a younger, streetwear fluent audience. A capsule that puts the Burberry check on Palace shapes speaks to both strategies at once, heritage on one rail and skate culture on the other.

The Palace and Burberry collection is available now at the Poland Street flagship in London. For both brands, it is a statement about where British fashion currently sits: the trench coat and the skate graphic sharing the same rail, in the same shop, on the same street.

Kaia Gerber Stars Alongside Dev Hynes in the JW Anderson and UGG Campaign

Kaia Gerber is the face of the new JW Anderson and UGG collaboration, starring in the campaign for the collection alongside musician Dev Hynes. The British fashion house unveiled the imagery this week, and the collection is on sale now in stores and through the JW Anderson webstore.

Photographers Tanya and Zhenya Posternak shot the campaign as a series of intimate domestic vignettes. Gerber and Hynes are pictured across everyday home settings, in visuals built around the boundary between everyday ease and considered dressing, the same meeting point the collection itself is designed to occupy. The imagery explores domestic rituals and everyday dressing, and it reads less like a conventional product advertisement than a study of how the clothes sit inside a real home. The casting pairs one of fashion’s most in demand models with a musician known for crossing between music, art and fashion projects, a combination the house describes through the work itself: two creative figures photographed the way they might actually live in the clothes.

Gerber’s presence gives the collaboration its headline. A runway and campaign regular for the biggest houses in the business, she has become one of the defining models of her generation, and her name on the campaign places the UGG collaboration firmly in luxury fashion territory rather than the footwear aisle alone.

The collection brings JW Anderson’s design language to UGG’s footwear and comfort led staples, translating both brands into a single wardrobe of pieces made to be lived in. The campaign’s domestic setting is the concept made visible: considered design photographed in the middle of ordinary daily rituals, rather than on a runway or in a studio.

The JW Anderson and UGG collection is available now, both in physical stores and online. For Gerber, the campaign is the latest in a steady line of top tier bookings, and for both brands it is a collaboration pitched at the overlap of comfort dressing and high fashion.
