Carolina Panthers Select Colorado WR Jimmy Horn Jr. In Sixth Round of The 2025 NFL Draft

Atlanta, GA – With the 208th overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft, the Carolina Panthers selected Jimmy Horn jr. Horn, a wide receiver from Colorado, is known for his speed and agility, having run a 4.46-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine. Standing at 5-foot-8 and weighing 174 pounds, he adds a dynamic element to the Panthers’ offense and special teams. Jimmy Horn Jr. had a dynamic college football career, showcasing his versatility as a wide receiver and return specialist at both South Florida and Colorado. Despite missing parts of the 2024 season due to injury, Horn remained a key contributor, demonstrating resilience and consistent performance.

During the East West Shrine game week, Horn spoke about beginning his college career at South Florida before transferring to Colorado, where he played under coach Deion Sanders.
The Panthers are adamantly looking to enhance their receiving corps, and with Horn’s speed and versatility he could provide an immediate impact to the Panthers roster.
