Don’t miss out on the funk, the soul, and the hustle!

Gino Black stands at the forefront of what he calls ‘exotic cinematic hip-hop’ music. As an alternative rap artist and multi-genre producer, he crafts soundscapes that evoke visceral reactions from his listeners. Hard beats, aggressive lyrics, and atmospheric ambient qualities with distinct textures characterize his music. This diversity is reflected in his introspective and reflective tracks, such as the endearing and sentimental “Someday” dedicated to his grandmother, “Don’t” about his youngest daughter, the thought-provoking Black History Month anthem “Black Boy,” and the upcoming single “A Good Woman.”

After a 10-year hiatus due to serious health issues, Gino Black made a powerful comeback, consistently releasing over 60 new tracks since January 2021, with a new single dropping each month. This strategy has significantly increased his listenership, growing it tenfold.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and now based in South Florida, Gino Black has created memorable and successful tracks. His recent works, including “Bullets,” “Talk 2 Me,” “Hustle,” “Wonderland,” “Forever Summer,” “Melanated,” and “Someday,” have been particularly well-received. He maintains an average monthly audience of at least 20,000 listeners. His most recognized work, “Esoteric Men,” a collaboration with Cincinnati-based artist Blakk North, is nearing 200,000 streams. They have also collaborated on several other tracks, including “Game Changers,” “The Set,” “Stall Me Out,” “Esoteric Men 2,” and “Fake,” as well as their latest track “Chapa Ya.”

In 2024, Gino Black has continued to energize the underground music scene with hits like “Don’t Look Back,” “OH MY GAWD,” “Frenzy,” “Black Boy,” and “A Good Woman.” His latest release, “LEVITATE,” is already generating buzz and was a summer undergtround hit; with a female remix in the works.

Gino Black is also an entrepreneur who founded and is the CEO of Powerblast Worldwide; a dynamic and innovative independent music marketing, production, management, and distribution company.
