Meet Tobias Simeon, a young artist hailing from Copenhagen, Denmark with West African roots. He goes by the artist name E.D. (Enfant Divin). His captivating debut single ‘Divin’, which was produced by Blue Foundation’s Tobias Wilner, blends elements of alternative hip-hop and acoustic Desert Blues. E.D. is very much influenced by his West African upbringing, and his music draws from genres and artists like Malian Desert Blues and Western icons such as Nirvana, Kid Cudi and Joy Division.

Through his music, E.D. weaves a narrative of personal development, spanning from his upbringing in West Africa to his current life in Denmark, exploring themes of cultural and religious transformation. This artist raps mainly in French, but for those listening the dulcet melodies could easily be those of Post Malone, The Weeknd or Frank Ocean. Explaining more about his creative process, E.D. said- “Music is like an escape room to me. A place where I dare to be honest to myself. If it sounds right the way I want it to, I feel heard. Even if nobody has heard it but me. That gives me peace, for a moment.”

British alt-R&B and UK rap dynamo Léks Rivers is back, and he’s pulling no punches with his electrifying new EP, Pulp Noir, out now! This three-track stunner is a manifesto of freedom, truth, and unapologetic self-expression.

Blending R&B with an experimental hip-hop twist, Pulp Noir is steeped in the bold energy of artists like Jimi Hendrix, Prince, and Michael Jackson, but Léks isn’t content to imitate. Instead, he serves up his signature mix of grime, Afroswing, and opulent hip-hop, creating a soundscape that’s purely his own. Pulp Noir is a sonic rush, an invitation to shake off the mundane and dive into the thrill of being yourself.

Each track on Pulp Noir is like a page from a handbook of self-liberation, with one golden rule: you have to jump in with both feet! “I wanted this EP to be an instruction manual on love with one step—you have to go through it,” Léks explains. The EP brims with youthful energy, playful wit, and a fearless spirit that urges listeners to be bold and live for the moment. As Léks puts it, “What you seek is in the place you’re most scared to go!

With its infectious rhythms, edgy beats, and heart-stopping hooks, Pulp Noir will have you dancing and thinking, and maybe even daring yourself to be a little more honest.
