Most Christmas tours play it safe with a few carols tucked into a regular set. For KING + COUNTRY built an entire production around the season, and A Drummer Boy Christmas has become one of the biggest holiday shows in the country. On Saturday, December 5 it fills Dickies Arena in Fort Worth.

For KING + COUNTRY bring A Drummer Boy Christmas to Dickies Arena in Fort Worth on Saturday, December 5, with the show set for 7:00 PM. The Fort Worth date is one of 14 shows on this year’s edition of the tour.

Brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone lead the duo, winners of four GRAMMY Awards, and the Christmas production has grown into a signature part of their year. Audiences can expect the big arrangements the pair are known for on Christmas favorites including O Come, O Come Emmanuel and their version of Little Drummer Boy, alongside original holiday music and songs from across their career.

The tour takes its name from the duo’s 2020 holiday album, A Drummer Boy Christmas. This year’s run also follows a fresh chapter in the catalog: the pair’s fifth studio album, The Most Beautiful Colours, arrived on September 18, 2026, giving the Fort Worth crowd new material threaded through the holiday set.

Dickies Arena, on Montgomery Street next to the Will Rogers Memorial Complex, is Fort Worth’s premier arena and a fitting room for a production this size. A full scale Christmas show in the first week of December is exactly the kind of night the building was made for, and this tour sells on spectacle as much as on songs.

Kabelo Mabalane Ends an 11 Year Wait With Gospel Album For King and Country

South African music legend Kabelo Mabalane has released For King and Country, his tenth solo album and his first in 11 years. The 12 track gospel record arrived on October 30, 2026, and it finds the TKZee co-founder singing from the center of his faith, in a sound he calls Street Psalms.

The album is a communal effort. Across its 12 tracks, Mabalane is joined by Ishmael, The Arrows, Rhema Choir, F3 Dipapa, Lux City Music and the CFCI Choir, voices that move the record between intimate testimony and full choir lift. Songs such as Open Heaven, Glory and You Can’t Curse What Is Blessed set the tone: worship built for both the church and the street that raised him. Mabalane has described the project as the sound of a man who has lived long enough to know exactly what he believes, and the writing carries that certainty without losing its warmth.

The release itself carries meaning. The album was first set for October 14, the date that would have marked the 50th birthday of Tokollo Tshabalala, his late TKZee bandmate, known to the world as Magesh. The music now arrives with that memory woven into its story. Mabalane will present the album live with two shows at the Teatro, Montecasino on December 15 and 16, 2026, bringing the Street Psalms to the stage in what promises to be a celebration of a career that has moved from kwaito history into gospel testimony. For King and Country is streaming now.
