TGIN Puts the Scalp First With the New Balance Collection
Thank God It’s Natural, the textured-haircare brand known to its community as tgin, is asking women to rethink where healthy hair actually starts. The brand has launched the Balance Collection, a three-product system built entirely around scalp care, on the idea that beautiful hair begins with a strong foundation.
The lineup is made for women who style, manipulate, and layer products on their hair — and deal with the buildup that comes with it. The Scalp Clarifying Shampoo is a gentle cleanser infused with vitamin-rich lemon oil, made to remove weeks of buildup and leave the scalp fresh. The Scalp Serum is a daily treatment powered by niacinamide and lemon oil that breaks down product buildup while helping rebalance oil production and support a stronger scalp barrier. The Scalp Exfoliator is a pre-shampoo treatment combining physical and chemical exfoliation with a cooling action to clear excess oil and ease tension.
“We developed The Balance Collection to address everyday scalp concerns in a gentle, science-backed way,” said Aris Singleton, CEO of tgin. Singleton noted that since her aunt, Chris-Tia, founded the company in 2009, the brand’s mission has been to listen to its customers and answer with formulas that combine effective ingredients and proven results — “delivering the strong foundation your hair needs to thrive without stripping, irritating, or weighing it down.”
General Manager Jessenia Flores-Gayle framed the launch as a statement about who gets to make high-performance beauty. “Black-owned brands have every right, and every responsibility, to deliver science-backed formulas and ingredient-led products with the same rigor and sophistication as mass brands,” she said. “Our consumers deserve access to high-performance solutions straight from the brands they trust and support.”
The Balance Collection is available at tginatural.com, Sally Beauty, and Target, with Ulta rollout following in April 2026. The launch also carries the brand’s wider mission: the tgin Foundation, the company’s philanthropic arm, supports uninsured Black women battling breast cancer, with a focus on early detection, education, and accessibility for women under 40 — a reminder that for tgin, beauty and well-being have always been the same conversation.

Victoria’s Secret PINK Opens The PINK Mini Bar With First-Ever Beauty Collaborations
Victoria’s Secret PINK is getting into the collaboration game. The brand has launched The PINK Mini Bar, a new beauty destination built around exclusive collaborations with nine fan-favorite brands — the first time PINK has opened its beauty shelves to outside names in this way.
The lineup reads like a viral-beauty honor roll: Patchology, Touchland, Vacation, Mario Badescu, Wet Brush, Kiss, Fazit, Clean Skin Club and SpaLife. The collection debuts with 16 exclusive products priced from $4 to $25, each given the PINK treatment with playful details, signature graphics and limited-edition packaging.
The highlights lean into what each partner does best. Patchology’s under-eye patches arrive dressed in PINK’s signature polka dots and logo, while Touchland’s best-selling Wild Watermelon Hand Sanitizer comes with custom PINK icon stickers. Vacation contributes a trio of its cult-favorite SPF essentials in an exclusive PINK belt bag, Mario Badescu pairs its Watermelon Facial Spray with a custom PINK charm, and Wet Brush’s Mini Detangler gets extra sparkle from pink crystal embellishments. Kiss press-on nails, Fazit’s viral Speckles, Clean Skin Club’s Clean Towels and SpaLife face masks round out the bar.
The concept expands PINK’s beauty offering beyond its core assortment, creating a discovery destination where customers can experiment with skincare staples, haircare must-haves and on-the-go accessories in one place. The PINK Mini Bar launched online at vspink.com on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, and lands in PINK stores across the U.S. and Puerto Rico on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, with dedicated beauty sections bringing the collection to life in store.
