Planet of Lana II: Children of the Leaf Comes to Mobile, Now in Early Access on Android

Planet of Lana II: Children of the Leaf has come to mobile. Revealed during GamingonPhone’s The Mobile Premiere, developer Wishfully Studios and publisher Snapbreak Games announced that the cinematic puzzle adventure is now available in early access on Android, with iOS pre-orders coming soon.

The sequel returns players to the planet Novo, where greed and power are dividing the tribes of Lana’s home. As ancient mysteries and new threats reshape their world, Lana and her loyal companion Mui must stand together, fighting not just for survival but for the very soul of their home. The story is told without words, with meaning carried by the visuals, the music and the player’s own interactions across a six-to-eight-hour journey backed by an orchestral score.

An older, more agile Lana leads the adventure this time, with wall jumps, smoother traversal and more dynamic movement across the game’s environments. The puzzles are woven naturally into the world and built around observation, timing and cooperation rather than complex logic, keeping the focus on the bond between Lana and Mui that defined the first game.

Players can experience the beginning of Planet of Lana II for free, then unlock the full journey with a one-time purchase of $8.99, with regional pricing applicable. There are no subscriptions and no ads. The mobile version is adapted for smartphones and tablets of all sizes, with intuitive touch controls, full controller support and cloud saving so progress carries across supported devices.

The mobile versions are published by Snapbreak through an agreement with Atari. The wider Novo universe keeps moving at the same time: a special physical edition launches October 29 on PlayStation 5, followed by a Nintendo Switch 2 release in Europe on November 12.

One Piece: Grand Gourmet Serves Up a Restaurant Adventure With 400 Characters

The Straw Hat Crew is getting into the restaurant business. One Piece: Grand Gourmet, a restaurant-management simulation from developer Kairosoft and publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment, has launched worldwide for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PC via Steam, iOS and Android.

Players take charge of Baratie Number Two, the Straw Hat Crew’s floating eatery, with Sanji, the crew’s famously devoted cook, installed as head chef. In classic Kairosoft fashion, the game blends approachable management systems with deep customization: more than 400 One Piece characters appear as staff and customers, and over 200 decoration items let players design a restaurant that matches their own taste, from the layout of the dining room to the menu it serves.

The simultaneous worldwide launch is unusual for a licensed anime title, which often staggers Japanese and Western releases by weeks or months. Bandai Namco instead released Grand Gourmet globally on a single day across five platforms, bringing the game to console, PC and mobile audiences at once. On PC, the game is priced at €19.99 on Bandai Namco’s European store, with US pricing reported at $19.99.

Kairosoft has spent decades perfecting the cozy management sim, building a catalogue of pixel-art business games covering everything from game studios to hot springs resorts, and Grand Gourmet applies that formula to one of the biggest entertainment franchises in the world. For One Piece fans, the appeal is in the details: hundreds of familiar faces walking through the door of a restaurant you built, with Sanji running the kitchen the way only Sanji would.

One Piece: Grand Gourmet is available now on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, Steam, the App Store and Google Play.
