Yung Bleu is keeping his foot on the gas. The Mobile, Alabama singer released Liquid Gold on Friday, October 30, 2026 through Broke Genius. The record runs three minutes and four seconds, and Bleu announced it on Instagram earlier in October with a simple promise to his followers that the single would land on the thirtieth.

Liquid Gold arrives as a standalone release. No album has been attached to the song yet, and that independence is part of the story. Bleu, born Jeremy Biddle, has built his recent run one polished single at a time, feeding his audience steadily rather than waiting on a single big rollout moment.

The new single caps a busy year. His 2026 output already includes the World At War mixtape, the smooth June single Mercedes, and In The Car, a collaboration with Jim Jones and Kodie Shane. Two weeks before Liquid Gold, his channel premiered the official video for Muse, keeping visuals moving at the same pace as the music.

Bleu has always worked two lanes at once. His Bleu Vandross records lean into melodic romance, while his other work speaks more directly to the grind that raised him. Liquid Gold belongs to the singer side of that balance. It is a solo record with no features, built for late night rotation and repeat plays, and its title carries a quiet nod to a catalog that already holds gold records and a multi platinum reach.

That catalog gives every new single a strong floor. His debut album Moon Boy reached number twelve on the Billboard 200 in 2021, Tantra followed in 2022, and his most personal album Jeremy arrived in 2024. For listeners who arrived through You’re Mines Still and stayed for the Bleu Vandross tapes, Liquid Gold is another chapter of the consistency that has become his brand.

Liquid Gold is available now on all major streaming platforms.

Goapele Returns With New Single Way You Love Me

Goapele has given her listeners something they have been asking for. The Oakland singer released Way You Love Me on Monday, October 26, 2026, introducing the song through an Instagram reel and thanking the collaborators who poured into the record with her.

Rated R&B, which featured the song in its weekly roundup of essential releases, describes Way You Love Me as her first solo release in three years. On the record, Goapele celebrates a love that warms her soul, singing the title line over production with an Afrobeats inspired pulse. It is a feel good record, lighter in step than some of her earlier work, but her voice carries the same calm assurance that has defined her career.

The timing gives the release an extra layer of meaning. This year marks the twenty fifth anniversary of Closer, the breakthrough song that introduced Goapele to the world and became a signature of modern soul and R and B songwriting. The anniversary has already brought fresh attention to the classic, including a remake by Wale and Leon Thomas, and Way You Love Me answers that attention with something brand new rather than a look back alone.

Her previous release under another banner was Hello Darlin Part 2, a collaboration with Bay Area artist Red Lotus that arrived in May. Way You Love Me is the first new song under her own name since then, and she presented it directly to fans as a gift for the people who kept asking when new music would come.

For an artist whose catalog has always valued honesty and warmth over noise, the single is a welcome return. Way You Love Me is streaming now on all major platforms, and listeners can follow Goapele for word on what follows it.
